I like how when you walk in , you can smell the cleanliness.

The hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean except one bedside lamp frame was broken and one of the window drapes were partially hanging down from their hooks. I reported those conditions to the front desk and we were asked if we wanted another room which I thought was accommodating. We liked the bar in the evening and the morning buffet fruit bar was so good. The outside property could use some sprucing up.

Terrible customer relations. I just ask why didn’t straighten the room was told every other day,not even to empty the garbage or re place any thing for the room,I had to aslk for towels. Toilet would. Not flush,t.v. Would not go on. Don’t answer with negative answers. Very poor I’m sorry I stayed at that so called Hilton.I should get a refund.

Very difficult to access entrance from a busy intersection off Thruway and Rt. 59. It should actually say you have to use the same entrance as the Hampton Inn. It sits overlooking the Thruway off ramp and Home Depot. Understaffed at time of check in. You should not have to download the Hilton app to access WiFi and amenities. I did a second party booking and who knows when I was checked in. Pleasant experience with bar tender and ordering food. Food was delicious. This location is geared towards men traveling. Not a place to bring a family. Room 422: Running toilet Bathtub needs to be replaced and not repainted Poor lighting for my needs Pump soaps and shampoos needed to be refilled Fan in bathroom didn’t work No waste basket in room No menu No instructions on TV use- not intuitive Worst excuse for pillows I have ever see n, they were obviously from the 1990’s Rough not soft bedding I stayed in 3 hotels over the course of 2 weeks and only booked this one at the referral of a friend. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I had a great three night four day stay , the staff was amazing I have to point out one particular person Amelia who made my stay very pleasant she always went the extra mile for her customers and that speaks volumes in customer service. The food is delicious nice options for non meat eaters, I had a dish called grilled veggie primavera that was to die for it was so good 😊.

I didn't get to take pictures i wish that I would have, because it was absolutely amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden just as much as I enjoyed visiting my family. Thank you for wonderful hospitality.

The lady that served breakfast in the mornings is the sweetest person. She was kind and helpful.

The hotel was old what concerned me was the mold smell in the bathroom. The employees were very nice to deal with and efficient. Housekeeping was good but hotel needs be upgraded especially the bathrooms. Also you need to bring your own charging plug for your cell no usb plugs.

This was a surprisingly nice, clean and not very expensive hotel. The check-in was very smooth and the staff laid back and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and everything was in very good shape. We had a very nice day.

The lobby was beautiful… however l was but disappointed. The elevator was dirty there was garbage carpet wasn’t clean….. rooms need to be updated. Overall an average stay

Beautiful area, enjoyable room

Think the girl at the desk was new, pleasant but kept making mistakes. Finally got checked in. Room was comfortable. My mom found a few drops of blood on her sheets, they brought us up clean ones. In the morning we discovered the hair dryer was gone, they brought us up one quickly. Bed was comfy, and hotel was quiet. Would stay again.

We booked a suite through Expedia, when checking in, we were told there are no suites. With a family of 3, and a family of 2(a separate booking) we had to split rooms with kids. We were never notified prior to arrival of this information. This was not very good service or communication.
