I was only ther for one day but was very glad I went there. The room was very nice, the help was very cordial and friendly.The price was very reasonable. For breakfast their was a large variety of food. The hotel is right off the highway.

The elevator was so slow we took stairs routinely to the third floor. The lights were not working and they knew that yet still put us in the room and wanted to bother us with maintenance coming in- no thanks

The room was too warm and oddly humid w condensation on the window even w the fan turned up. Could only turn the temp down to 65 which didnt touch the overall "rain forest" vibe. Asked at the desk but nothing changed

Very friendly and cooperative check in - we were able to get an early (hour or so) check in which really helped as we had a wedding at 5:00 PM and needed time to get ready and travel. Didn't really have time to take advantage of the hotel that much (had a post wedding brunch next day) but seemed very good.

I loved the staff and the location. It’s unfortunate though that my room had a terrible humid smell, it’s as if there was no air ventilation. The bathtub was grossly stained and the wall in the bathroom ceiling was moldy, which had proved my point of no air ventilation.

Our hotel room was very clean, and we had all the amenities needed. The elevator was a bit rickety sounding and slow but worked. Breakfast was very good. All in all our one-nighter was clean and efficient.

I didn't love the location - through convenient for getting on the highway, it's not nice and the parking lot is too cramped. I booked quickly and mistakenly thought it was another hotel I liked before, with ample parking on Route 59. So it was additionally disappointing because I thought it was a different location.

This hotel was ok for a quick trip, but we wouldn’t stay again unless necessary. The room, regardless of thermostat setting, was so humid that everything in the room was constantly damp. Beyond that, the hotel is just shy of being in disrepair. Elevator is a little nerve wracking, ice machines and hall air conditioners are out of service, and the ceiling staining/cracking is frequent.

Horrible experience. Check in was from 7/4/24 until 7/7/24. Checked out on 7/5/24 because of awful experience. I checked in at a near by double tree By Hilton and had a great experience.
Breakfast was awful, broken toaster, only sugar free syrup option, pool centric tile broken daughter trip over and almost cut foot.
Everything was just horrible.

Our stay here we average, the staff when checking in were very pleasant and informative on when breakfast was and offered any needed assistance. The room could have been cleaned a little better, particularly the shower as there was bits of seaweed from the previous guests. Unfortunately we were very displeased by the poor customer service we received when checking out. The two front desk staff members didn’t greet us nor ask what we needed when waiting in front of the desk which is extremely rude and unprofessional in my opinion. It’s almost like you wanted to say, “don’t everyone jump at once…”.
