Ok, older property and it shows.

Bathroom had used soap and empty bottles toilet seat was broken room door had to be slammed to lock.

Pros:
The room was decently clean other than the stained sheets.
AC, hot water, lights, and bathroom fan worked fine.
Toiletries and towels were stocked.
Cons:
Bathtub had rust spots and the caulking was peeling.
Fridge didn't get very cold.
TV has seen better days.
Our hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like wet dog.
Breakfast was underwhelming and not well stocked.
No water available to fill my water bottle (water fountain didn't work and water dispenser was empty).
Staff was friendly but hardly ever at the front desk.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The A/C was extremely loud while it ran. The chair in the room needed an extreme cleaning and it was also uncomfortable. The toilet wouldn't flush TP unless it was a "direct hit" into the water. The shower/tub needed recaulking and the white enamel was pealing off of it.

The tiled floors in the bathroom and hallway need major scrubbing and the carpet needs steam cleaning - feet get dirty if you walk barefoot anywhere.

The room had a bad odor to it and the tub looked filthy. Dining area and lobby were clean. Staff was nice. Very disappointed with room. Would not recommend or stay there again.

There were a few unsavory people in the parking lot who were also staying there. But otherwise everything was pretty good. We did have to change rooms because of a non working a/c, but the 2nd room was just fine. The breakfast was top-notch.

Grounds were in horrible shape. Not a good look to drive up to. front desk person acted like I was taking up their time when they finally did come to the front desk

Normally I like La Quinta. This experience wasn’t that pleasant. We were put in a room that needed the air conditioning fixed. The second day it stopped working. The person at the front desk at first fave us a different time about switching rooms but ended up doing it. It was unprofessional.

I liked how cold the ac was when thete was no power to other homes and businesses because of weather. The bed was petfect we got a good nights sleep.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 nights. Upon arrival was told only 1 room left(as if we didn't already HAVE a reservation!!) and we got stuck with 1 king bed and a pull out with no bed linens.

The first room we had was great so we thought. Then we saw mold in the bathroom. Beginnings of Black mold in the handicap room. The second room was worse tv was going out and the hallway Hot. Shower curtain would not expand so when showing water all over the floor. The place food bar excellent. Just get the by 8:30 am. I will only stay here again because the first two days okay in price when I had to extend because of our dog 175.00 was not worth it!!

Everything about yhis propetty was positive. The building itself is older but had been remodeled. Befs were clean and comfortable. Shower was clean but the tub was older. AC worked great. Pool hot tub did not geat up but pool was clean and served prupose. Loved the laundry room!!! Front desk service was phenominal. Breakfast was great and never had to wait!

Exterior of Hotel was bad. Hotel looks vacant other than the front entrance.
They closed the front entrance at night and made guests use the side entrances. Which didn't lock half the time. Not sure what all that was about. I would think you would want to funnel all the foot traffic after dark through the lobby.

We stayed here for two nights for my son’s baseball tournament and had a fantastic experience. The receptionist was incredibly friendly when we checked in, setting a positive tone for our stay. Our room was spacious, featuring a couch and two TVs, which provided a great setup for the kids to have their own space. The pool area was lovely, and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for team bonding activities. Additionally, the washing machines were very convenient for cleaning baseball uniforms. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

The elevator was down during my stay, but they called me to let me know and offered a refund. Since traveling with my dog limits options I chose to go ahead and stay. The room was average, no frills but everyone was so kind and helped me with my baggage. I would stay again.

I'm not sure who is giving this place five-star reviews, but their standards must not be very high.
There were stains on the sofa and floor, and the carpet was sticky. We were on the third floor and the ice machine was broken. The halls reeked of weed.
