Not sure why but every day at 6 a.m. .. loud Bollywood type music would play. Not sure if in the hallway or in the room next door but dang... it was loud. It only lasted a moment. But that kinda tells ya how thin the walls/doors are.
Staff was very friendly. Beds were okay. Not sure why but we didn't sleep well all three nights but ... the beds didn't seem to be the reason. Must have just been us. :-)

There is only 2 issues that my group encountered which almost resulted in a 0 star rating. Luckily the well kept pool and kind not being disturbed by staff and the breakfast simple but good allowed for a 3 star.
Issue 1: we were woken up at 11pm at night by a random person trying to get into our room. The person believed our room was his. Front desk had me go up with my ID and cards. Front desk manager made an attempt to tell us that we had to pack and move to a different room on a different floor. That when we checked in at 2:30pm we were given the wrong room. Thank God the other guest wad like "we will just take their room" all worked out. The front desk attempted to state the next day we would have to switch but that got ignored and were we allowed to keep our rooms with a note to be undisturbed again. This entire encounter took 39 minutes.
I get back to the room and we were all up for another 20 minutes due to being so annoyed and then some.
As we attempted to fall asleep arou d 11:50pm nose starts from the room above us sounding like furniture being drug and stoming. (Floors have no sound proofing). This went on until 12:15am at which time i went talk to front desk who thankfully solved the issue.
Other than those two moments our time was peaceful. Room was great with 0 issues.

The hotel was clean. Our room did not have necessary supplies that we had to ask for. Breakfast was out of food after a few of our people got there. We were only there for a night which was good. They also charged us 20.00 for an earlier check in that was not necessary because the hotel was all but empty.

They were so rude checkout was at 11 at 11:20 the front desk called up to room an ask was we paying for another night I said no we are gathering everything now he responded ok u have 5 minutes to leave the property or we finna. Call the police like literally!!! I will never stay at this place again I wouldn’t recommend it to nobody

Great option for visiting the Tomball area (like playing at Premiere Baseball). Spacious room, cold a/c, close to a lot of food options. Breakfast options a little sparse but open early. Owners let me check out 45 minutes late for no charge. The pool is indoors so the water is a little nippy! I’d gladly stay again if we head back that way

The “big things” were in place. It was the small things that were disappointing. We had four guests in the room. Three plastic cups were provided. Two coffee packets were provided. Pillows very soft and fluffy. Two per person would have been nice. Staff responded mostly positive when we made requests at the desk. Exceptional service is characterized by anticipation, not reaction.

The hotel is near and clean. My two complaints are the breakfast options ( cereal and those crappy waffles ) and cheap dingy towels.

Overall we had a place to sleep, but the bathroom sink took about 5 minutes to drain. I ended up unplugging the refrigerator because it made a loud knocking noise.
The breakfast was kind of lacking. There were three bagles out, plenty of cereal and yogurt and a waffle maker, but the milk was curdled and pretty yuck.

Choose this hotel for a staycation with my spouse and child…. Clean well kept hotel… downfall was indoor pool was freezing! No heater and no way to warm it at all! Had a pretty upset 5yr old but overall good stay!

No towels on arrival and next morning the coffee maker didn't work. Staff corrected both issues immediately. Very nice stay.

The decor was minimal at best. The people running the place were very nice. The beds were comfy, the room clean, but the shower wasn’t very powerful. Generally, a decent place to stay, thought it maybe should be cheaper for what you get.

I was here for 1 day to recover from a minor surgery and the staff to say the least was very uncaring about trying to check in early room was empty yet they wanted to charge me 35.00 to check In a couple hours early.

When I got to the property I asked for the room I had reserved and she wanted to charge 130 I told her that when I made the reservation it said the cost was 90 per night I showed her the reservation and she told me this is not the property I asked her to speak to the manager I showed him again the reservation that I had made with Expedia. He asked me for my ID to verify that the reservation was mine. I left at night when I returned, the doors were closed. I put the key in and the doors did not open. A lady who was staying came out and so I was able to enter. I had to leave a $50 deposit at the hotel and in order for them to return it I had to wait in the lobby while they went to check the room so they could return it. Additionally, the beds and towels had an unpleasant smell. I do not recommend it.

We had to wait a bit when we walked in to be checked in. There is a slight smell of food or incense when you are walking around. I get the impression the hotel has been remodeled and I think they did a pretty good job. Cracks in the hallway wall and baseboard gave it away. The upgrade is very nice. We had a 2 queen suite and didn’t have sitting area. The kitchen was HUGE but wasn’t needed for our purpose. Odd configuration. I think they could have made something work better. The floors were clean… Big deal for me. Toilet and shower did not show and upgrade but worked for the purpose of one night. Shower head was placed for a very tall person. I would have like something adjustable. We just like space in our room when we travel, even for one night. I do think I would stay there again thou.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool.
My granddaughter loves to swim and doesn't mind if it's cool.
However, this pool was freezing. Why bother having a pool if it's unusable.
