Staff is very friendly and helpful. Small area for on site paid parking. Located in prime restaurant and shopping area.

Staff were attentive. Unfortunately the room itself smelled of piss and we did not find this out until late at night when we checked in and we didn't want to bother switching because we had a full day ahead of us the next day. Not sure why the bathroom was not cleaned completely.

I will never use this hotel again. If I could have cancelled and gotten another hotel I would have. No one at the hotel responds to billing problems. Everything is hands off as far as the desk attendants at the hotel. Everything goes through a 3rd party and no one gives you a straight answer. I booked this through Hotels.com and they do not collect the money, so this created days of problems trying to pay and keep my reservation.
The room and bathroom were small. This even though we were 2 people in a 3 person room. The room didn't seem to get cleaned even through we were there more than a week. We had to ask and follow up to get towels and they were hardly thick enough to wipe the water off.
We were 2 friends sharing the room, but only had 1 key. This presented problems if one person wanted to go out. The system is one key that stays in the door to lock it. That same key must be taken out an put on a board at the front desk to remove a smaller key to use when going out. This key system just did not work when we were going out and coming back at different times.
The location was convenient.

Mildew/mold in shower. Three missing ceiling lights. Q-tip and other trash visible on roof outside window. No coffee for coffee maker only tea bags. Do not disturb signs not available.

The sanitation situation is very poor, the room isn’t clean obviously they didn’t do a cleaning after the last guest checked out. The hotel should do a better job for the price they charge for the room.

Hotel was outdated and room was terrible. No Air Conditioner in hot summer days. The cleanliness of the room was terrible. Avoid at any cost.

Beds were not comfortable. Bed sheet has stains. One bed sheet was very old and has hole. Bathroom light was very dimm and it was not working on last day of our stay. Towels were not enough and were very low quality.
There was no micro wave or refrigerator in the room although we paid $800 for two nights.

This hotel was not a 3 star. The room was dirty. The hotel charged way too much to stay here for the type of room we had. We were very disappointed

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Upon entering, the room/beds seemed fine, however when we entered the bathroom, it appeared to be in very poor condition, the blow dryer didnt work, and overall just unclean. The weather was also quite hot, and there was just one small handheld fan, which did not suffice for our whole family throughout the room. The bedsheets also had stains, and the room was not cleaned daily. It took two request and two day to have the room cleaned. I wouldn't recommended this hotel.

It was a good stay overall. Big room.Though Room was non AC but we were provided with Table Fans (Extra one was also given upon request) and quite apt for overall weather. It was accessible from main market and can cover by walk. Bus stop was also very close.

It was a non smoking room with balcony, previous client smoked in room, there was smoke smell, in room, food smell in hallways. Hot, no AC, 1 floor fan and 1 table fan. Room was spacious but bathroom pretty small. Staff helpful with most things when asked. Noisy at night since there are restaurants on the street level. Location convenient for public transit.

Room and bathroom was outdated and not very clean. Bathroom still had dirty glasses and used towels from a previous guest. Bed linens were rather worn --- one bottom sheet had holes in it. No daily service making the beds. Would not stay here again.

Great location. Extremely over priced. No air conditioning. Very very hot. Small room. Inadequate lighting. Inconvenient plug locations. One looks like 50 watt bulb in a very small bathroom. Safe did not work. Did not clean the rooms as promised. Bugs.

The Breakfast is the main issue here. People leave to tourist places early morning and there isn’t any restaurant open around so the best option is that hotel should provide breakfast.

The only good thing about this property is its proximity from the main shopping and sight seeing areas. The hotel staff is extremely careless and the rooms are dirty and not well kept. We found hair and dust all over the room during our visit and will not be returning. They also have an odd system for keys in which you have to return your room key and grab the key for the outside door when you go out at night and you can get your room key back once you return the outside key.

It’s a step up from a hostel. Felt like we were back in dorms. Shower curtain had mold growing on it. Staff was rude - we asked for late checkout and was told yes and then was texted, emailed, and yelled at by a housekeeper for having our bags in the room at 11:30a although a different staff member approved a 12p checkout. When I told the front desk we had late checkout they said “well no one told me.”
Also, everything smells like takeout food from the Asian restaurant below.
Location was amazing which is the only reason for the star I gave.

Staff were responsive attentive to our needs..they store the luggage for you.. most places in Interlaken does not do. however basic room..bathroom is clean but old and moldy. Beds are not comfortable. Location is convenient.. close to restaurants, Grocery and shopping cannot expect more in Interlaken. For the price bathrooms need to be renovated and better beds to be provided.

There is nothing italian about the place and the pictures lie. There is an Indian and Chinese restaurant next to the entrance. The place is full of Chinese and Indian tourists, and caters primarily to them and their groups. Seems to be a place for tour operators to park people. The bathrooms are small and weird. The room keeping is done by a Chinese lady and a sketchy guy who is very unfirendly. Is a 2 star hotel, masquerading as a 3 star. Do not stay here if the cost is more than 200$ a night otherwise you will regret it. The city of Interlaken should be avoided by itself. Do yourself a favor and stay in the Mountains for the same price.

This property is well situated in Interlaken and easy to get around town. This hotel is one step up from a hostel. The room was smelly and the bathroom had molds!!! Wished we stayed at n a different hotel. Would not recommend this place to our friends or family.

.The attitude is shocking, there is construction in the building in front of the rooms that wakes you up at seven in the morning, the shower is disgusting with mold and not clean,
the service is Horrible, they ignore you and are not willing to talk to you,for help.
