We were there doing a job. Had to ask for towels. In a week our room was never cleaned. We took out our garbage. Even ask for clean sheets to redo our beds. Never again at this motel 6!

Half of the hotel would have no power for that day and the next.Wish we would have known this ahead of getting there.They did find a room with power for us. We wanted a suite with all the amenities, but the fireplace didn't work. No cups for coffee or water. They said they were completely out. If you get a room with the bay view just know it will be VERY Noisy. But it was clean and we would stay again.

Check was easy, did have a problem with the refrigerator but it was fixed/replaced, had problem with the tv but staff reprogrammed it. The rest of the stay was uneventful. Did have to leave a day early.

Virtually nothing provided with the room, other than an ice bucket and a couple of cups. No toiletries other than a bar of soap. No coffee maker, refrigerator or microwave. Just a little coffee provided in the office in the morning. Guess you get what you pay for, but I’ve stayed in similar priced places before and at least were provided more basic toiletries and a coffee pot

When I checked in the woman at the front desk couldn’t even be bothered with telling me where the room was. Once I got in the room it stunk like cigarettes. I first went to use the restroom and the light was broken. It never turned on. There were someone else’s nail clippings on the counter edge and hand prints all over the front of the counter. There was some red substance that looked like blood all over the lamp shade next to one of the beds and on the wall and ceiling. The box springs were stained and disgusting. The night stand between the beds had a power outlet but no power, there were 7 plastic covers over what may have been outlets that were covered. There was no outlet besides the one across the room from the beds. The air conditioning unit was horribly noisy and did not change temperature besides freezing cold or boiling hot. The bathroom sink also had no hot water.

We stayed there once before a few years ago and it was acceptable. Now? Not so much. We’d booked a ground floor unit because my wife doesn’t do stairs. They tried to put us upstairs until I complained. Got a down stairs unit that HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED!! Finally got a poor room. The place is not worth the savings.

Good stop for a night. Rooms clean and staff friendly. I would stay again.

The front desk clerk was rude and their card reader didnt work. I checked in at 4pm and i was told I had to wait an hour if I want a room on the ground level. The bathroom and tub was dirty and had nasty hair in the drain. The toilet was clogged. There was no soap in the bathroom. The air conditioner was so loud that i had to keep waking up to turn it on and off to cool down the room so I could sleep. Go somewhere else.

Right across from the bay and there’s a pretty good brewery right across the street

The property is on the main road and we could hear the vehicles on the road all night. Not good if you are a light sleeper. They did not have microwave and fridge. Not a big deal as it was listed that way when we booked. Front desk was very helpful and gave us a different room as the original room was “smoking “

Honestly, the woman was wonderful at the front desk but everything else was terrible. We got a different room because they had no clean kings and so we ended up with two queens and the one bed had sheet stains. Floor was dirty too and the entire room felt that way. Good water pressure tho

Ugh! For the price i expected a decent room. The place is run down and in poor condition. The ac unit did not work in our room. You could not shut the bathroom for without slamming it. The door did not shut properly. The room was noisy, we could hear people taking until after midnight. The floor was like walking on waves. There were several poorly patched hiles in the bathroom. Parking was a joke! Several cars were taking up more then one space. There were two trucks with trailers taking 4 spaces each. I'm glad this was just a pit stto on our way home.

Cleaner and updated since last visit several years ago. Liked having refrigerator and microwave in the room. WiFi worked well and lots of TV options were available. Personable, courteous, and efficient front desk employee, Joe, caĺled us when the room was ready. It was quiet at night.

Lots of broken things around the hotel. Very limited handicapped rooms. Cleaning staff we're very unresponsive of our request.

The employees in the office were both great, very friendly and welcoming. The coffee provided in the office in the morning was excellent :) We stayed in the ADA room close to the laundry facilities. Would NOT recommend this particular room (unless all parties staying are hearing impaired. Seriously.) The room is literally a sidewalk’s width from US 101 and the traffic noises kept us awake most of the night. Other than the noise, this was a great place to stay!

The employees were very nice. The place was old and worn down. The ice machines didn't work, the room was kinda dirty. Walking on the top balcony it felt like it was crooked. For the price it is, what it is. We were only there for one night so we didn't wanna fork out over $200 for a room elsewhere.

We stayed at motel 6 for a little over 2 weeks while my mother was in the hospital there in Coos Bay. The room was small and not as pictured when I booked it. The floors or black with dirt and I bought cleaners of my own and cleaned their floors with their towels which turn their towels black. Full lamp shades were caked in a sticky dust that I also cleaned. They had to send a maintenance person in twice to repair our toilet that was leaking down into the room below. On the site it states that we would be offered daily housekeeping which only happened one time. The rest of the time we had to get a hold of the office staff to get what we needed. They would not let us use the TV to hook up our own device to because as one of the service people at the counter told me they would have to go in and reset it and that's a lot of trouble. The TV resets itself every day at 1:00 we found out so I'm not sure what kind of trouble they were talking about. This motel 6 sits right next to the main highway 101 and a busy side street and also a sewage plant right behind it so keeping your windows open is a no-go. Other than that we managed to make it what we made it and it worked for the time being. I don't think we will use that specific motel 6 again.

Could hear traffic and other guests loudly in the room. Heater/cooler unit did not work and was clearly physically damaged. No shampoo/conditioner, lotion, Kleenex in the room. Bed was old and squeaky. Big gaps between each piece of vinyl flooring.

Floors in room were dirty, our feet were black after walking on it for 30 mins. Have to pay for toiletries. Room smelled moldy and musty. Beds were very old and squeaky.

I was offered a 2nd story room or a 1st story room and was advised the 1st story room was right next to the busy road. I accepted it willingly and it was very noisy but it didn't keep me up at night. I had to walk all the way across the complex to get ice. It would have been nice to have one closer. The staff was generous with their time in trying to help with internet connection.
