The staff was great and very helpful with a check-in issue

The property,smells like someone peed in the beds there are no amenities at all,from shampoo .... The shower handles and water flow are terrible,there is so much noise and the walls are so thin you can not sleep. The Internet is very very slow . And last the customer service is beyond horrendous ,I will keep the incidents to myself ,but will never recommend it to anyone

The location did not have a room for me upon my arrival and charged me anyway. Lawsuit pending if I don’t receive a refund.

Check-in service was good. The hotel was clean and everything worked, but upon entry there was a musty smell in the room.

I was unreasonably asked to to check out by tomorrow morning.

My first day I walked in…my room smelled like cigarette smoke. Previous guest obviously smoked in there as there was a plastic bag still covering the smoke detector. Pillows/pillow cases were not washed and smelled liked unwashed hair. Sheets smelled like body odor because they weren’t clean. The backlight of the TV is broken….you can watch but half the TV is dark. The water from the faucet was gray/dark cloudy…not clear water. Absolutely disgusting.

The woman at check in was friendly and checked me in quickly. There was garbage/litter outside and no shampoo in the super high up, old shower, but at least the water got hot. I could hear everything from the room next door. The room was clean, just old.

I was reprimanded by a staff member who said I was “yelling”!

You get what you pay for. The only major plus is no pet fees or deposit.

The staff has been friendly and helpful. However, I would definitely make some changes, and at the top of my list is an updared vending area and the laundry facilities neex better equipment. If you had at leasg 1 more washer and dryer, people wouldnt go elsewhere to do laundry, and thetd spend the mineg at your facility. Also almost every hotel / motel facility in the county has complimentary toiletries and plenty of towels. You have bar soap, but it would be beneficial to have shampoo, conditioner, and possibly body wash and lotion, too. I have worked in the hotel indrustry for 4 years , and always offered all of the above and then some, and it only raised the price of rooms 1.6 percent, which is nothing. So thats the only issue i have. But other than that, my overall experience has been good every time.

It needs to have better security. Someone knocked on our door at 7 am in the morning twice. There needs to be as security guard and camers at each hall way.

The customer service was horrible! The beds were so old you could feel the springs and they just felt so worn and disgusting. The blankets didn’t smell clean at all. The pillows were flat as a board. The overall cleanliness of the room was a ZERO! It was dirty , patched holes in the walls and doors . The room smelt like mold . The shower and sink had ZERO toiletries! We arrived late at night so this was a last resort. However when we asked the front desk for basic toiletries, she said “they don’t do it there” the room had a total of one towel and one wash rag. I said well that’s inconvenient and she said “so people have bad luck “ DO NOT book here !!

The check in process was very simple and front desk was very friendly . She explained everything easily and I found parking right in front of my room! Great experience!
