The service was great rooms were a little outdated and smelled like someone smoked weed in the room before the area wasn’t to good but I’m a truck driver so plenty of space to park outside customer service was professional and courteous but for the price I can’t complain on the room

Best and cleanest hotel 6 I have ever stayed at. Modern room

1st room, the refrigerator was broken so moved to another room. 2nd room had blood stains on bathroom door, ceiling, back of the front door & wall. Housekeeping never serviced the room.

The place was slammed with refugees from the Park fire, including us. One hour wait in line to check in at 10:30pm; at least one person was given keys to a room that already had people in it. We were given keys to a dirty room at first. Beds, unmade, dirty towels on the floor, cold coffee on the counter. The next room was better but still a bit dirty, and no fridge or microwave that we paid for. The manager, Antonio, still did a remarkable job under pressure, and they gave us a small refund for the lack of the fridge and microwave.

It was good overall except the wifi connection and tv channels not working at all

This place was disgusting. Filthy, terrible odor, scary people hanging around the outside, mattress was literally just springs and I was afraid to even sit down. I was unable to even stay there and I left. I didn’t check out because the staff was not friendly however I left a note stating how horrible it was.

I stayed there 4 nights and theyvhave 2 ice machines and both of them were out of order, and it was over 100 degrees plus , so had to go and purchase 5 bags of ice at the store ? Very inconvenient and there is no fridge or microwave in there rooms? And to get towels was a BIG headache... so i don't think i will stay there again!

What is the point of having no smoking rooms, when everyone is just allowed to stand outside their doors, with them open, to smoke! Floors were gross, drink splatter/running down the wall! Just absolutely disgusted here!

Two towel still very damp. Pillows and bed not comfortable. No refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot.

Customer service was exceptional

TV did not work, even after unplugging and resetting. When I went down to the office, I was told it wasn’t just me, when the motel gets busy, lots of rooms’ tvs don’t work. Known issue. Later, I realized there were zero toiletries in the room. Not even a bar of soap.

The room was quite dated and dirty. The shower had dirt and hair in it and the floor of the shower looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a very long time. There was stains everywhere, including on the pillowcase. The old coil spring mattress had definitely seen better days. There was no coffee machine, fridge, or microwave in the rooms. The staff were friendly, that's why I gave an extra star. Very disappointed.

BUGS WAS IN MOST OF THE ROOM HOMELESS MEN LINGERING AROUND

I paid for a Standard Queen room and got a Standard Double room. The bed was uncomfortable. The room reeked of strong smelling soap or cheap cleaning products. The shower had a constant drip. Burns in the drapes. The door had to be slammed to latch correctly. The lamp above the bed was broken. The TV had weird white spots of light in the screen at all times. This used to be my go-to motel, but it’s gone to hell! I’ll pay a little extra and stay somewhere else next time.

I’ve stayed in a worse hotel but that was in Calcutta India. This place is a flat out dump!

While the room and furnishings were in good condition, the room was not clean. Dirty smears and drips on the walls and after using the floor towel after showering the towel turned brown from all the dirt on the floor. Ended up using my own bleach wipes to wipe down all surfaces. Also, the room had such a strong odor of cleaning chemicals it was causing an allergic reaction. Not sure if it was because it was such a busy/hot weekend that cleaning staff was having difficulty keeping up, but would not stay here again.

Smell horrible I was there. I complained to the front desk. I said give me a different room. They don’t have it last. I didn’t stay in the place.

Very well, taken care of I mean, extremely clean even in a smoking room it didn't smell like smoke at all. The floors were immaculate.

It's very spacious and dog-friendly. I just wish, since I needed a downstairs room because of breathing issues, that I wasn't so far away from vending. But it's very clean and in a very good neighborhood.

Horrible property Had electrical hanging out of walls very dirty food crumbs all over rooms beds looked unwashed and thrown together and smelled horrible and poop all over toilet we had 2 rooms both were disgusting

Dirty, candy on the floor, ants in bathroom sink, broken bed spring lamps by bed didn't work, only one outlet in room, no fridge, no microwave, no coffee pot.

Stains on the bed, poor a/c, unpleasant odor in the room

Great place, not near freeway noise, clean modern and didnt smell like smoke, whic almost all other motels do! Love it, Ill be back! New furniture ,microwave, fridge , and a hardwood floor it just felt very clean quiet and safe.

Motel 6 outdid it this time the room we stayed was horrible Nasty The toilet and sink were Clogged and someone tried to cleaned the sink but left it all dirty and crusty we asked for a refund but they refused even a half refund but nothing I will be contacting motel 6 to file a complaint

Too many smokers
