Not bad at all, nice comfy place. Only thing I didn’t like too much was it wasn’t made obvious that not all rooms have a microwave and fridge, but that’s hotels.com fault not motel 6.

Visit was good. No problems. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary fruit at front desk. Easy access to highway, and quiet.

I had a hard time sleeping with all the yelling in the hallway from other patrons. It was disturbing being female and it was only my daughter and I. I felt unsafe.

Nothing bad to say at all! The Guest Service Representative was extremely nice! I just hate that I didn't get his name. (He is the overnight rep) Just amazing! The only thing I would have to say (which is more a maintenance issue) is the room I stayed in (209), I believe the AC isn't working. But other than that, 10/10 recommend!

It’s a budget motel, so my expectations were low. However, the delivery was less than expected. The room was clean, but stained, and there were several small things missing. The toilet roll holder had been ripped out of the wall and hadn’t been replaced, same with the towel hook on the back of the door. The screen was torn and displaced on the window as well. Not that I would have wanted to keep the window open as there was foul standing water in the ground outside my room that smelled like feces. The air conditioning was also sub-par. Even on full blast, it never got below 75 in the room, so it was difficult to sleep, and I woke up with sweaty sheets. Also, the walls are paper thin, and I was woken by a kid crying in the night. I recognize that’s not necessarily the fault of the motel, but it was just one more thing. The real kicker was, after sweating all night, I wanted to take a shower in the morning, and the shower didn’t work. There was no water at all. I was refunded $30 for the trouble, but that didn’t seem like enough. I’d highly recommend anyone going elsewhere. On the positive side, the staff were pleasant attempted to be helpful, but there was little they could do.

The room was 87 degrees upon arrival. After an hour it was still over 85 degrees. The air filter was completely clogged so there was no airflow. Request a new room, was told they were booked up.

The air conditioner did not work properly. There was no hot water in the morning for a shower. When front desk was told, all she said was sorry, I will call maintenance. No compensation was offered. Staff did not seem to care. Standards of Motel 6 were not upheld.

This place smelled awful. Both beds were covered in hair on the sheets. The window was not locked to our 1st floor room and one lock was broken with no screen in the window. There was no locks to the outdoor entrances to keep this building secure. Another occupant called the cops to report suspicious activity and that she felt unsafe and the cops were not helpful or friendly as well if you need them. The door to the room would not shut unless you slammed it and the adjoining room door would not lock...did not feel safe! This was rated 3.7 of 5 stars on Expedia....definitely a LIE!!!

Ground floor side door and back door both opened without using room key. Bathroom sink drained super super slow. People hanging out outside laughing and being really loud even late at night. People hanging in their cars all times of day. Mattress was abysmal. Stained beyond belief when I peeled back the covers and sheets, lumpy and saggy. I paid $70 for the room so my expectations were low but next time I will spend another $10-$20 to have a better sleep and experience.

I had 2 different rooms. Ac was broke in the 1st. 2nd room AC was very poor. Hotel guests were very loud. Water pressure was terrible. Cold water was luke warm. Room poorly painted. Touchups everywhere with wrong color. Avoid this place. It was a dump.

The air conditioning did not work. There was no other room the desk clerk could offer as the only other rooms available also had non-functioning air conditioning. Exterior doors are not key card secure and homeless people are entering into the building, bypassing the front desk, all night long. This is the most ghetto hotel I have been at. The pool is not functioning for the season.

You take the times to help others and is calm I watched this lady keep her cool when people are disrespectful to her. I'm very happy with Daphne she's not replaceable and shows real value among the people . Reserved and paid for 3 rooms but when got there was only allowed to have 1 room in my name. Had to “register” EVERYONE STAYING. Rooms were dirty and AC didn’t work. Supper noises couldn’t sleep, vending machines out of everything …. Drug deal going on just outside the front door and the entire hotel stunk…..

The front desk and the housekeepers are super friendly and professional it’s quiet and clean

The pool doesn’t work and haven’t been open since Covid (mind you that’s been over). They have refrigerator in some room and microwaves in the ones that don’t have a refrigerator. No breakfast which they are advertising. It’s just not worth pay no $100 a night for.

The staff at this motel 6 is one of the BEST I have ever seen in all my years of traveling. I wish that all customer service staff were this good . For real , no BS Mark

There were strands of straight hair found throughout the room, in the bath tub, on the sink, wrapped in the towels. Dead roaches on the floor in the bathroom.

Hairs in the sheets, AC barely worked, one of the lights didn’t work on the wall, light fixture pieces missing in bathroom, no toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom, bathtub was dirty, only had warm water for shower, loud people going in and out of their room at 2am.

Your General Manager, Fia Muhammad, committed a Hate Crime against me! I am missing property, and the Arapahoe Police Department failed to intervene regarding the report of lost property on the RTD at the train station located on Eiliff near the franchise property Motel 6 - Galaxy Hotels Group property where I reserved the room from your website! It's a crying shame that I endured the type of vacation I experienced at this property. Guest safety should be one of the upmost priorities and standard of quality of the establishments you list on your site. Please contact me to navigate how I can retrieve my lost items. The only good that I can barely mention is how great an employee, Shawn Murphy is. True to the content of the online reviews. How do you stay in business with partners such as this? All this hassle has given me PTSD and I feel sick about it!
