The band had to go back several times in order to get a room that was not occupied already by someone else, that was not a smoking rom, that had an air conditioner that worked.... not a pleasant situation.

When I entered the check in “lobby”, first thing I noticed was the “if you are being sex trafficked” sign. We were “upgraded” to two beds and then went to our room. Police were doing surveillance across the street by the broken down motor home and trailer. Got in the room and the smell was horrible, don’t even know what it was. When I turned on the sink, the floor got wet, so I looked and the pipes under the sink were broke so they just poured onto the floor. Next up bathroom…turned on the fan/light switch (all in one) and started to look strong to see why the bathroom was filling with the stench of pot…very strong! Let’s see…I did feel bad for the family with multiple children living in the next room. Not only for their circumstances, but the youngest almost got hit in the parking lot and was trying to get into our room. Anyway, we went to a concert that night and returned late. We ate our drive thru food in the car because I knew if I went in the room to eat, knowing the smell, I’d lose my appetite, so we ate in my car around midnight. Low and behold, not even two minutes into eating, we watched a huge drug deal occurring right in front of my car (on the road by the motor home and trailer)…we feared for ourselves at that point. We waited and basically ran to our room and locked the door, hoping no one would notice us. We were woken at least twice from car alarms in the parking lot that night. Ummmm…yeah

Walkway along the pool was littered with cigarette butts and debris for the 2 days we stayed there. Room was clean but there was no hair dryer.

Specifically booked a non smoking room, and of course they only had smoking rooms left. The room reaked of cigarettes and the window was not one that can be opened. There were stains of some sort on the edge of the tub and a hole I assume was punched into the bathroom door. Will never stay here ever again.

My hotel room had bed bugs and neither Motel 6 nor hotels.com would refund me for the two nights I could not stay there BECAUSE OF THE BED BUGS. Do not use this hotel, and book from somewhere besides hotels.com. They will not help you get your money back no matter what happens.

Asked for non smoking rooms but told was none. Asked for different rooms with non smoking but didn't have one. Front desk lady not very nice

Door had holes in seals so small insects, flies, mosquitos and moths could get in to the room. Floors were filthy. Sheets were stained but smelled clean. Motel is allegedly about to be renovated, hopefully that will improve things.

This place was run down and had an odd smell. The door had large cracks around the sides and bottom, making it very hard to get comfortable or sleep. The curtains were old and had holes in them.

This place is a run down motel not well kept the pool was closed the vending machines were half empty and overpriced, the ice machines didn't work and the washers and dryers had been ripped out. The front desk was frequently unmanned with a 'be back in 15 mins' sign on the door. I locked myself out of my room and waited 20 mins for someone to come back and assist me with a new key. There were a lot of shady characters hanging out and / or parked in the lot, prostitution and drug use/ dealing quite common.

We arrived at the property and there were a lot of people loitering in the stairwells. In the room that was supposed to be non smoking, was very obviously heavily smoked in, clear crusty stains on the sheets and the bathroom was dirty (cigarette burns on the tub and grimey). We requested a different room and were given a key to an already occupied room. We asked for a refund and left. Still waiting for the refund 4 days later…

I stayed for 2 days and there was always someone outside being rudely loud at an obnoxious level, even past midnight. Bad area and not kid friendly, lots of cussing and smoking. They are so cheap there is no shampoo, conditioner, mini fridge, or microwave. I learned to stay away from Tacoma specifically, any of the other motels in the area were the same. Read reviews first!

Front desk always kind and easy checkin process! Give them girls a raise they deal with a lot !

A good course of Customer Service would be very beneficial.!A simple Welcome or Hello would be great.!

Toilet clogged after 1 use. I called for maintenance who never showed. Called back and was offered a plunger if i walk to the office. Tge plunger didn’t work. Requested another room which was granted. Lights were burnt out in new room, but enough worked so that we coukd see. There were obvious stains on bathroom fixtures.

I had to stay an extra day, asked for more towels, they didn’t have any, gave my room number to them for when they had finished washing some, never got them! A stranger sat near my door then asked me for money when I was unpacking the room. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The bathroom smelled like pee but it was fine after I cleaned it myself

Did not expect the unsafeness . Windows are single paned and can hear everything. You get what you paid for .
