It was a reasonable price to stay in Portland, Oregon. We were 15 minutes away from the downtown. Overall, it was a good stay. The stuff was friendly and helpful. I very much appreciate them. It was an easy check-in and check out. However, there was no water or coffee to drink in the room. I should note that they provide coffee from 5 am to 10 am in the reception. There was not any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. They provided two small hand soaps which was actually helpful. Also, there was not any hair dryer in the room. They provide one with your ID if you ask the reception. The room was clean and the room service was good. I would definitely consider staying there again if I visit Portland, Oregon.

A lot smaller than expected and lots of homeless not far from it. Bathroom door and wall could definitely use a good paint job, looked like pink and red nail polish on randomly on them????
Unlike most places, they do NOT provide complimentary shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. The lady said that is how they keep their costs down. So make sure you have your own. Rooms could use a little more TLC especially to some smaller but important details.

Clean and secure. Comfortable accommodations at a good price. The area surrounding has definitely changed for the worse but the motel didnt seem affected.

The lady at the Check-in desk was new and was left by herself to check people in. I had to pop my head outside and call the other clerk to come in assist. There were no big towels in the bathroom, and there was only hand soap luckily I travel with my own toiletries so it wasn’t a huge deal. The beds were alright. The area around the hotel felt a little dicey and there was always a homeless, or drugged up person wandering around the parking lot.

When you book one of the cheapest hotels in Portland that’s what you get. However the bed and pillows were comfortable and the front desk lady was nice. It was clean enough? The bathroom door had smudges all over it so not super clean

I really appreciate the staff here. I got into town a couple hours before checkout, and the lady working the welcome desk was kind enough to get me into my room early. I was able to spend more time with my brother as a result, and that meant a lot. Definitely will be returning for my next visit.

The staff were really wonderful! The inside was nice but, that said, I had to deal with a sad theft of a lot of belongings from a parking spot directly in front of the lobby door.

The staff is very accomodatng and friendly.
Rooms are clean. Convenient to freeway. Area is a little run down, pillows are uncomfortable and walls are very thin. Overall a place to sleep for a cheaper price.

Person in room above us was quite loud, heavy walker, things dropping. Not the hotel's fault.
