It was a lovely hotel full of warm, friendly, attentive staff like Nina at the front desk through to the chambre team.
Paid extra for the breakfast, it was delicious.
Location- perfect for the pier and the famous Walking Street for those who need a little excitement in their lives.

The pool is fantastic and it's heated to a comfortable walk-in temperature! (which is unusual even for upscale hotels in Thailand) We loved it. There is a very large curved slide that is enjoyable for all ages. Our room on ground level faced directly to the pool. The hotel overall is very much secluded relative to the main avenue. The ocean facing side has a nice waterfront restaurant near the pier (amnd another pool with octagon shapes). The restaurant is adjacent to the end of Pattaya's "walking street" (but far enough away from walking street for families and romantic dinners). The restaurant's dinner buffet is excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also very good.

The staff are wonderful and very efficient. The private beach is really great! Recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing quiet trip. The complimentary transportation to and from the pier works as advertised which is very nice. Breakfast is really tasty and plenty of choices.

The property definitely needs some upgrades, I’m surprised they didn’t utilise the pandemic lockdowns to do that when so many other hotels did, faculties and furnishes inside and around the hotel looks outdated and worn.
The bedroom floor was dusty, the bathtub stopper was stuck and sockets could have been exchanged for moderns ones with USB chargers. It’s frustrating how many of the electrical sockets around the room don’t work well.
Housekeeping needs to be more attentive too, twice my old towels were taken away but not replaced with new ones
If you like night clubs and late night shopping this is the place for you. But if you want to relax or do some water sports it will come as a disappointment
