Checked in at 2145. No food after 2200! Very strong smell of disinfectant in the room and discover why when we went to bed. The smell of Hash/pot/weed was so strong we felt sick! It appeared to come through the ceiling vent. When I complained to the clerk on the reception the next morning he was not surprised and certainly not concerned. There was no manager to talk to.

Very bad internet.

The breakfast buffet price is same for adults and baby under 3s which is very unreasonable so not recommend for family with young kids. Also the wifi is not working which cause us lots of trouble. Other things are good.

excellent customer service.. rooms are not new but was clean.. i will give a 5star for the breakfast, lots of choices for the foods and drinks.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. The only small minus was that I could hear everything from outside the room, even though I was on the highest floor.

I would not stay here ever again. The bed was an old metal spring bed that groans and squeaks as soon as you sit on it. The bed dipped toward the middle leaving my partner sleeping in the middle of the bed and me clinging to the edge trying not to fall on him. I woke up many times through the night and had a sore back next day. The room is tiny and cramped and very old decor, feels dark and unpleasant. The curtains were not exactly clean. The bathroom had a metal stand the towels were sitting on that was rusty, and other signs of rust. The shower door was a bit broken and didn't close properly resulting in a flooded floor. The minibar was a plus, and there was plenty of wardrobe space to hang the clothes. Wifi didn't work well in the room. The breakfast was a mixed bag. They were serving tinned mushroom and fruit (in addition to fresh fruit) but the omelette and bacon were real enough and decent. There were plenty of pastries and some good looking desserts, I tried the baked apple which was nice. The location is not convenient at all and a long walk to the public transport when you have suitcases. I can't believe how much they are charging for the experience I had and will choose somewhere else next time.

Hotel itself looks dated from the outside. Clean enough inside no major issues. Room, shower room, bathroom all decent size i cant complain. Loads of room for suitcases and wardrobe space. I booked the room at this hotel because i needed to stay 1 additional night and my current hotel couldn't accommodate me. The room was over £200 for the 1 night which was considerably more. The aircon wouldn't work. I went to reception and the receptionist said the hotel turns the aircon off at this time of year and couldn't turn it on. it was the 12th of September. It was far too hot for me and uncomfortable. Room window wouldn't open. At 1am I went back to reception to ask if they had a fan. Which they did. The receptionist said that the aircon was broken and the facilities man wasn't in until the morning. So a totally different story to what I had previously been told. Looking at other reviews there seems to be some sort of pattern for this hotel. If they are turning it off, the air-conditioning needs removing from the website and price changing accordingly.

good location, ok room, noise from the air conditioning and from outside, it will definitely be even better after refreshing
