Amazing! Nice staff and clean areas

Reception was very helpful when delayed luggage showed up. The property is beautiful. Very convenient to shopping/ and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent food and friendly as aff. Ideally located right in the centre of town yet very quiet.

All around ok, super bad cleaning and bad system. Deposit for table tennis, towel card with a fine that you would eventually have to pay, and things like that. 6/10

Great place in the center of Napa

If you're looking for a hotel in Ayia Napa which is situated around restaurants and shops galore & a few mins drive from the harbour - look no further! Napa Plaza is a beautiful all inclusive hotel with a number of restaurants, spa, gym, indoor and outdoor pool - better yet ADULTS ONLY! Receptionists are super friendly, helpful and always willing to help. Special shout to Mamia, she was exceptional - always greeted with a smile and in my opinion, the nicest hotel receptionist I've ever come across in my travels. When I arrived, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and the helpful, yet amusing doorman Andreas (MC) took my bags to my room, which was kindly upgraded due to my gold Expedia status. Huge bed, decent sized bathroom with great views from the balcony (I had the superior room with balcony and pool view). Buffet for breakfast and dinner was delicious, a little repetitive at times but very good. Dinner reservations were to be booked in advanced on a booking system tablet at reception - very techy! Didn't use the gym but saw there was an adequate number of machines and weights. The indoor pool was very cold! Spa was really nice - they had discounted treatments during my stay so took advantage of having a deep tissue massage, which was sensational! Only small complaints would be that there wasn't enough sun loungers and the lunch menu could have had more options but otherwise, my experience at Napa Plaza was throughly enjoyable.

it is in the center so everything is walkable, the beach is just 5 min and there are plenty of restaurants around

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff, lovely relaxing stay in the middle of Ayia Napa. Inside the hotel was a chilled relaxing pool/bar area with nice low key music in the background. Ten minutes walk and you have a lovely harbour and beach. Overall great holiday will return

We spent two nights in this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean. The air con was not the greatest. The rooms were very quiet - despite being near the clubland we enjoyed two good nights sleep. Bells from the nearby church could be heard early in the morning though. The staff were very friendly and gave us an information pack on check-in. The porter service was a nice touch, and as well as carrying the cases he also showed us around the room amenities and where to go for breakfast. As for breakfast, there was an amazing selection, cereal, pastries, cooked breakfast, yogurts, toast, cakes and hot/cold drinks. The cooked breakfast was not more warm than hot but other than that it was delicious.

This place was beautiful, the staff were friendly and it’s situated in a convenient place. Highly recommend!

Really nice hotel only let down is it seems they spent all the money on everything else apart from the rooms you walk though reception and the pool area and think wow then to walk into the room and it was a bit of a let down more like a budget room and the a/c terrible

Perfect hotel and quality and service all the time from all the staff. No doubt; we will be back.

The all inclusive option was good and very convenient, alcohol is only available until 23h00 and food until 21h30, which I would have preferred to be a bit more accessible at later times for the amount that was paid. The service was very slow for meals, waited 30-45 min after order before receiving anything. The pool area was very nice. The hotel is within walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. The food included with the all inclusive dining options were great at the on site restaurants. Enjoyed my stay, though the service could be improved. I would have liked more alcohol available in room fridge being replenished, at least wines and beers.

Small rooms I did not like the ac or shower, front desk is under staffed but they are nice and efficient. Checking time they need help

We had an 3 night stay as a couple. Positive - In a good location in the centre of the town. - Pool is a reasonable size. Negative - No covid restrictions what so ever in place. No staff wearing masks. No one had to show a safe pass to enter - A bit over priced for what is being offered - Very limited parking space ( was very hard to park at night ) - Could never find a sunbed for the use of the pool which for me was the reason of staying in a hotel to relax for a few days - Breakfast could be better

Some of the staff in the restaurant get very rude. But, rooms are clean and very comfy. The pool is also clean and looked after. I stayed two distinct times and I have to say its a shame some of the staff spoiled my experience on both occasion that could potentially have been much better.

We were really happy of our stay! The staff is really kind and helpful. The hotel is really comfortable, the bed is amazing, you can relax without any problem and enjoy your stay. We highly recommend the Napa plaza!

I stayed at this hotel about 5 nights. Excellent hotel. Great area close to the bars and everything. The pool is very nice and comfortable. The room was very nice and clean. The roomservice doing great job. Defently I will come back to this hotel

Overpriced, old refurbished hotel. They have to invest a lot in rooms condition. I booked a deluxe room with a terrace. What mistake was to book this hotel. First, on arrival, I noticed that air conditional is barely working. I asked reception to check it. After half hour technician come to room and said that he fixed the problem and in 30 minutes it will work properly. I gave it 1 hour but nothing changed. Its still was very hot in the room. When I talked again with the reception they said that technical already went home and there is nothing they can do. When I asked to change the room - I got an answer that the hotel is fully booked and, again - There is nothing we can do. They gave me a fan (very noisy) to survive a night. When I decide to get a shower - the pressure of water was very low. It was really hard to wash my head... At the morning I ask reception if there is anything they can do about air condition and water pressure and they ensure me that they will fix it. At the evening, when I arrived at the hotel, it stays the same. Nothing worked. In general, the room was very old. The furniture is cracked and full of scratches.

Great location in the heart of Ayia Napa, all the restaurants and bars are right outside. There’s a club crawling street right next door where all the clubs have different themes (pirates, titanic, castle, etc.)The pool was clean, staff is very friendly!Cocktails are great, and they’re very affordable. They offer free breakfast which has a huge variety of things to consume!The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy.What wasn’t so good was that this hotel has a lot of bugs. We found 2 roaches in our room, and there was 1 crawling behind the mirror that we couldn’t completely squash. There were roaches crawling around in the lounge public areas (on the chairs, under the table...). Was pretty disgusting. I think they can do better with pest control.The other point that wasn’t great is the cleanliness of the room/bathroom, we would walk barefoot and see our feet getting darker right after shower. And see some dust and debris that we had to dust off of our feet.

The staff are fantastic, always willing to go that extra mile to make sure our holiday is perfect.The hotel was lovely and the junior suite was perfect. The only negative was the smell in the corridor outside the room, don’t know what it was or if it is always there but it was present throughout our stay.

I liked the many hospitality area it had and the different variety. I did not like when I was Trying to sleep at 2am the downstairs Japanese bar could be heard in our room and the tv would be shaking
