The Hotel cannot be managed by this staff! The interior of the Hotel doesn’t fit to the standard nowerdays. The elevator is horrible. The room had no water at all. Even the minibar was empty. After calling the reception and asking for water they said we should drink tap water because it’s very clean. So they didn’t bring any water bottle to our room. The balcony is terrifying dirty. You cannot enter the balcony because of dirt and no maintenance. Conclusion never ever!

An absolute gem for those who are looking for a quiet getaway. Exquisite design throughout the building, polite and very helpful service, and fine dining made our stay exceptional.

This was a stop over and we had stayed before, lovely grounds, fantastic building, breakfast a little on the pricey side though if you ate like a pig you would get value for money, there is a great variety but there is only so much a lady can eat.

Booked a room for my family of 4 but the sleeping couch was for kids not adults (even tho paid full price) en there was no privacy since no lock on the toilet and no door to the en suite bathroom.

As my late partner lived in Vaals I am familiar with the hotel as we used the facilities frequently for dining and entertaining our guests.

We couldnt dine in the hotel. The restaurant was booked ok, they didnt even want to serve outside room service because they are short staff’ed. we eneded up buying from food and beverages from a close-by market. We paid 300euros and no place at restaurant and no service.

This property, or castle rather, was beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again. The AC was a little warm and turned off on me, but that was the only downside.

A beautiful stay at Hotel Kasteel Bloemendal. All covid measures were in place and we felt safe and happy. The rooms were beautiful. Service was excellent. Its such a lovely place and we would love to return once things open up again. Thanks to the amazing team.

We spent the night here on our girls trip. What an total WIN!!! We absolutely loved it. The staff was friendly and our room was beautifully decorated. . The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was incredible (heated floors, jetted tub, and steam shower. The grounds are very nice and it was located only minutes from Maastricht.

The hotel's beautiful interior and surroundings are only matched by the hospitality of its personnel.
We picked this hotel for a weekend away and were so pleasantly surprised we'll make a tradition out of this one!

I liked the hotel building that looked like a very nice palace and the relatively cheap hotel room.

Very nice hotel, all we are pleased except depositing extra value and blocking
credit card limits for TWO WEEKS,
not understandable and not logical.
If I destroyed something at the hotel, during check in you can control it very quickly.
They are blocking and accepting from me to trust them.
After I left and returmed to home, how I can I control them if the charge extra.

Outstanding hotel, travel a lot on business and this unusual but elegant hotel is a welcome change from the usual large chains! Worth booking if you are staying in Aachen even though the hotel is across the border in the Netherlands.

Thank you for asking for input. We had a lovely stay. The staff were helpful and the facility beautifully decorated and comfortable. The TV was not working the first night, shutting off every five minutes or so. Repair was done and it still did not work. The second evening it was repaired.
The sink also did not drain and was not repaired.
These things happen though and we understood.
The pull out bed for my son was comfortable and made nicely. The coffee selection was convenient and a nice added touch. Thank you.
