The bathtub was dirty, but the next night the room was remodeled and shower was clean

Very caring staff. Great breakfast/restaurant. Not much options if you have dairy allergy but that's like most places.
The hotel is nice, good location but the rooms could do with a little more in it for a 4.5 star.

Both our visits this September have been great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good food in the restaurant. They got us taxis both times to the airport. Keep up the good work.

the hotel is very old, the carpet was very dirty, our room was dirty, there were still pubic hairs in the bathroom, we queued for over thirty minutes at check in, the staff was really slow.

The tiles in bathroom have some mildew and a bidet toilet has not cleaned the faucet, they have rusted on it.
The front desk staff were not being participated role to support the customer after I mentioned about the air conditioning was not working, the staff did not helpful and stated the room is full.
The local in Castendall was amazing and beautiful. Transportation to Barcelona and Stiges was very convenient.

This was an excellent hotel, clean, professional staff and great breakfast. We stayed for one night before a cruise and though a little far from the city center it was perfect for our needs.

I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was outdated room. Room was dark and needs overhaul.
Pool was dirty.

This is a modern chain hotel just off the main highway running through Castelldefels. Rooms are spacious and clean but mine could have used some maintenance, especially in the bathroom - the sink was constantly blocked, toilet flush had to be pressed repeatedly, and the shower head bracket was broken. Having said that, my stay was right at the end of the frenetic Spanish tourist season, so with luck the hotel will now get around to renovations.

Perfect option for a hotel near the airport without staying by the airport. The staff was great, and being a larger hotel allows for a greater opportunity to get an early check-in, even during the busy season.

Stayed here twice before flying out of Barcelona. It is close to the airport, rooms are spacious, pool is relaxing and wonderful outdoor space for food and drinks. Staff is very helpful and welcoming.

I book double bed, the gave us 3 beds which may be difficult for a couple.

Overall, the property was great and clean, staff was awesome. I only gave it 3 stars overall because of the huge mold issue inside the fitness room. Management should really look into mitigating the mold problem before it causes a big health issue. I used the fitness center and I hope inhaling the mold doesn't become a problem.

In the property was broken fridge twice we was on reception to report about that problem.They said that gonna send a maintenance to check and no one came. We had to throw out some stuff just because the products has deteriorated.
View from window was on rubbish bean and its was changed at 2am..
When we checked in on the toilet was some hairs it wasnt cleaned properly. Its a 4* hotel!!! And its not cheap.
And in the toilet next to reception was huge cockroaches.
