Mattress was very old and worn out. The room was very small with an uneven floor. The stairs were very steep and difficult to use safely.

The road access to the hotel was closed, but no one informed us before arrival. The car could be parked several streets away if we borrowed the key in the reception and then you had to walk back and forth, no possibility to drop of luggage neer the hotel. The hotel was under restoration, but the room was surprisently fine and newly renovated but freezing cold. No possibility to turn up the heat ovrer 23 degrees and with very cold weather outside and leaking windows, that was far from enough.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff, good location & good breakfast with lots of choices. Pillows were the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. But that was the only negative.

Staff was friendly, room was small but tidy. Quite warm though and I had noisy neighbours. The interior of the staircase is slightly outdated, but the room and breakfast room were fine.

Nothing fancy here - clean and well maintained with a decent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Aside from the breakfast, no services to speak of. Room was clean, but rather soulless, with an institutional feel and a very soft bed. Nothing at all unpleasant to report, but would likely look elsewhere on a next trip.

After check-in, We had to move from the reception to another building for our room, There were too many stairs with a baby and luggage without elevator in a third floor. The room was clean and good breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel in based on the published photos and in cost/benefits terms.

The entrance is pretty dated, but surprisingly the room was pretty nice! This was until we realized they put us in a connecting room. Without the usual double door separate, it was essentially a single layer of plywood. Initially, no problem. Who puts guests that aren't together in connecting rooms in a largely vacant hotel? This place. We could hear every single movement, text message through the door clear as day. And the partying of our neighbours (3-4 people) until 2am when we had to be up at 6 drove us absolutely insane Obviously, let's call the front desk! The phone didn't work. So, let's go to the front desk! ... No one works at night. Contacted hotels.com, and even after spending thousands and have a almost a another thousand reserved, they were useless. Didn't do anything at all to help us. Never followed up. Never contacted the hotel. I'm seriously disappointed in the entire experience with the app. And will sooner sleep in the bus station before giving any money to hotel Milano. What trash.

Nice room with good beds, airco and spacious bathroom. Good breakfast. Decoration in the dining room is old. Garden has yet to be laid out. Rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy due to the traffic and the passage of the tram.

We got a room with stairs. After telling them we need to cancel the staff said it is not possible for refund. Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone

I made a last-minute reservation last night, and after walking a kilometer in the rain I arrived at the hotel to be told they had no rooms. I need a refund please.

I had a good stay in hotel Milano. My room was good (good bed, shower) but a bit small (it was advertised as a 1-person room so I did not expect much more) breakfast is good and enough choice. location is great (10 min walk of central station).

Staff was very friendly. The room extremely clean. And the breakfast was excellent.

Wonderful free breakfast, comfortable and clean room, with quite a big shower space, have an elevator and allowed us to check in one hour earlier. With shampoo and shower gel, mini bar, coffee and tea. Good price!

Very basic hotel. It is rather a few cluster buildings with different accesses and a reception. The bed, pillows, duvet etc. all appeared in worn out state. Bed not comfortable. This can at best classified as budget tourist hotel. And definitely not a 3-star property. The breakfast was basic and okay in my opinion. The neighborhood area was very shady with a lot of shady, addicted people roaming around (even in the day time). The environment there made it look like quite unsafe. Tram stop nearby

The stairs were very narrow, and were in a spiral, which could be a problem for some, however, a lift was available.

I would not recommend to the other people for this hotel.

Nice stay. Staff available and helpfull. Room : confortable One weak point : tv doesn t work. No written instructions to use it. Smart tv but impossible to connect by wifi. Near the hotel, several coffee shop (drug!!) with dealets around.

It was a convenient location but a little riugh

Unprepared and un-welcoming staff, no food available and no real interest in helping to locate any, room clean but room above had surround sound bass really high so could not sleep till after midnight and although tea and coffee available in the room there were no cups!!
