It was very clean, I probably should've rated that higher. Desk clerk could have been a bit friendlier. Main criticism is the mattress; hard and either old or poor quality.

Wow!! I Booked this room based on price and reviews. We checked in late in the evening. The desk assistant was very friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick. Then we got to our room. It was even better than expected! Clean and comfortable and in great condition. We checked out the pool and hot tub.. Too bad we didn’t being our bathing suits. The area was quite clean and inviting. We woke up and checked out the breakfast. We found several choices of juice and cereal, several choices of coffee, muffins, yogurt, and fruit. There were even some hot breakfast items including eggs, potatoes and sausages. And there was a waffle maker! After filling up, we troed the exercise room before hopping back on the road! What a great place to stay. We will be coming back on our return trip back home!

I may have a strong sense of smell, but the room smell was quite offensive- like burned coffee. It was clean but the odor kept me awake.

A really nice hotel. Not too much around the area but the hotel does have a nice bar. The food at the restaurant though was Terrible. They did have a nice breakfast though.

The room was good. Bed was ok but the walls are paper thin. You can hear conversation next room very clear.

We have stayed in this hotel many times while we are traveling from Colorado to Texas. They allow pets (if you're in need of that) and offer breakfast. Sometimes we are late getting in so having a late checkout time of noon is a great perk as well. The area is very near many restaurants and feels safe.

The check in process was the easiest I have ever had. Quick and efficient. What?The staff I came in contact with was kind and professional. Breakfast area was clean and the staff kept it clean and stocked.

One night stay with a lovely room. Close to many restaurants across the road. Off the freeway. No freeway noise. Breakfast in AM. Lovely place to stay.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and good value for the cost. We had no complaints.

We had 2 rooms - 202 & 204. We had trouble accessing 202 but went down to the front desk and she came up and was finally able to get it open - grandson stayed in this room. Room 204 is the one hubby and I stayed in. It was a little warm when we got in the room so I kicked the temp down. Hubby was hungry so we went and ate and came back to the room - still not cool. Called front desk and they sent a maintenance guy up. He said it wasn’t working. Called front desk again to see if we could be moved - they’re fully booked. I said so we have to stay here in this hot room? She was going to contact manager. I was told twice last night the manager would be contacted. This morning at checkout I told the lady my story and requested a refund of the one room. We bought a fan and room thermometer. The temp on the a/c was turned down to 61 but the room thermometer was almost 80. My husband has COPD and has a hard time breathing when it’s warm. As of now I’ve not been contacted by the manager so this issue can be resolved.

Beautiful place. Its very clean and well maintained. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and courteous.

Room was exactly as described. It isn’t one of the newest hotels in the area so it does have a little wear on the carpet but it was very clean and comfortable. They had a good selection for the breakfast and a nice area to sit. We will definitely stay here again.

Building was absolutely beautiful. Cookies & coffee in the reception area. Room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was great.

We almost always stay here when traveling back and forth between Texas South Dakota. Rates are great, parking is safe and they allow dogs.

I enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable bed.

Did not like one of the front desk girl. She was rude and had an attitude.

Easy to get to restaurants and shops Loved the pool and hot tub. Nice staff, easy check in. Would stay again if in the area.
