The staff is friendly and rooms are big and calm

The hotel was adequate. There were dips in the floor of the room (we were on the second floor) and significant dips in the bathroom floor with lots of broken tiles. There was old dirt and grime in the corners. The sheets did not fit the bed correctly. The small fridge was nice to have and it had a small freezer. The floors had bits of detritus and there were sticky spots on the counters. There are no drawers, but just cubbies for your clothes. The suitcase stand was much appreciated. The beds were meh; not completely comfortable but not terrible either. It was fairly quiet. Check in was easy, and the desk clerk was efficient, if kind of curt. Other than the fridge and microwave, this is a bare bones hotel. Fine for a place to sleep after working, but not for a vacation.

Our room was great the tub could’ve been cleaned a little better and the pool was nice but also could use some cleaning and the hot tub was unusable as it was filthy. Aside from that the only thing that was super frustrating was the key cards you had to try 6-10 times before it even worked but for the price and location I’d stay again for sure

Very very nice hotel. Staff was friendly, and knowledgable the hotel was perfect for doggies because they have a nice little area dogs can do their business and it was clean. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of amenities and the views are great. It was a great place to relax until we started the next leg of the trip.

Tried to check in early due to time we arrived. General manager was very rude when I asked if it was possible to check in early. Told me after looking around that I could check in early for an extra $10. Needless to say I will never stay at a Motel 6 again. She let others check in while we waited in 100 degree weather. So unprofessional and should be relieved of her position.

The pool and the hot tub need to be cleaned. We stayed here last year around the same time for the same event and they were horrible then and they were horrible now please do something about that. It’s hot outside and what’s the point of having a pool if it’s not usable.

I was disappointed in my stay this past weekend. The rooms were not as clean and overpriced. The room was stuffy and smelled like old stale fries.

The air was not on. Staff is awesome!!!

Upon my check-in (around 4pm) there was not a single worker in sight to help me check-in, i even went and knocked on the breakroom door and nothing...terrible service. I also was a bit worried for my safety since there was a crackhead always outside the motel or walking around near the entrance for multiple days during my stay.

This place was a nightmare.Never once in a 3 day stay did they clean the room nor did they bring towels.They charged my credit card 3 times and the money was taken out of my account not pending charges.The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and could give 2 hoots about anything I had to say.Also said good luck getting my money back.Zero stars for this dump.The bed was horrible too.

On the day we stayed night of May 26 or the early morning of May 27th we woke up to load banging coming from one of rooms not sure if couple was fighting or what noise was but kept us up

It was clean the only problem was there was no parking for mi at the time,so I have to park my truck out side of the property.

the area was safe. Good restaurants close by. The only sorta bad thing was the traffic on Telshore made it difficult to drive during certain times of the day.

What i liked was easy access. What was not good was the fact we where assured that we had a room where there was to be no pets. Wrong pet hair on the top cover was full of hair. And the sheets had some pet hair. Makes we wonder of they change the sheets when they clean Needless to say we cut.our stay short and left.

This was a bad experience. There was no tv at all for any of the customers and no refund was offered as well we were never told we can cancel our stay without being charged

Elevator not working we had to walk 3 flights of steps with our luggage. The floor of the room had not been swept. Very dissatisfied.

We have been using this Motel 6 for the last 6 to 8 years, this will be our last stay. Property has gone down hill, not being maintained....Elevator broken, no soap or shampoo in bathroom...disappointed.

3 night stay-elevator didn`t work after first night. My sister & I are both handicapped & we were given 2nd floor. Place wreaked of chlorine due to the pool being indoors. No food on premises. Had to drive a mile just to get to Circle K which was the closest place to get anything.

Hotel room wasnt as clean as it should be. Sticky substance on floor. Hot tub was closed due to being dirty.
