Very comfortable stay.

The hotel was close to the city centre and the staff were friendly, the room includes tea and coffee making facility. The stay was a pleasant one, the breakfast was good. I will stay here again

Nice good value hotel in a quieter area of Central Antwerp. In easy walking distance of centre attractions and shops. On a tram route. Large comfortable room with the added bonus of a coffee making machine. Great for a short or long stay

Overall, the room was good. The beds were comfortable, the shower had hot water, and the toilet was in a separate little area from the shower, which was very convenient (though there was no sink in with the toilet, that was with the shower). The neighborhood was great, there was plenty of things to see and do nearby, and it was very close to the old town. And the breakfast was very good. On the negative side. The floor was slightly dirty when we arrived. There was no shower curtain for the shower (even though there was a bar and rings for one... and when I asked, they said they would fix it, but never did), so the floor got wet every time anyone showered. And it looked like they tried to use regular sheets on the mattresses instead of fitted sheets, but they were not well made so those came undone very quickly when we slept. Still a very good hotel. I definitely would recommend it, especially for the money.

Location was great, rooms were fine. The aesthetics were nice, but bathrooms, and walls were a bit dates, needed many touch ups. Hallways looked like they were from a horror film. The hotel desk is barely there, they say to text or call for issue, but no one answers. If you do bag storage, you cannot get to you bag except the few certain hours that staff happens to be there, you cannot even get into the lobby for that matter

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds. Coffee machine and TV did not work. Lots of dust n hair under the bed and in the corners of the room. Brown circular stains on the towels and bed sheets

The Hotel is well located near the center and restaurants. parking was also close by. Nevertheless, the mattress was burnt on one side, there was no hot water for our morning shower and we were not allowed to check in before 3:00 pm even though we got there at 2:30 pm. Finally, the elevator broke down between two flights for a couple of minutes as we were going down to check out. Not a good experience

- Stairs not cleaned in a while. - Housekeeping enters when you have sign "Do not disturb" - Door was not not closed and locked after cleaning - No own parking, extra costs - Window did not close properly - Nightstand was broken - Staff did not seem to care about the feedback. - Main light did not work - Enough space on the room itself.

This hotel was just okay. The staff was very nice and the parking garage right next door make parking our car easy. The location, in terms of proximity to the sights in Antwerpt, was very good - just a block or so away. The room however was very basic, at best. No frills at all but the price was right. Our main issue was the noise factor later in the day. There was no air conditioning in the room so we needed to open the window. The hotel must be on a main drive into town because later in the evening it was Very noisy. The cars were driving fast, honking their horns well into the night. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Check in was late which wasn’t ideal.

The window was close for parking lot, wasnt pleasnt. the heating didnt work, and we needed to fix it ourselves with extension cable.

Bed bugs, dirty towels, uncomfortable beds, unfriendly staff, rooms in bad condition, smelly hallway etc etc.. The list is long. Just stay away..

Great location and perfectly ok place to stay, but be aware that it’s Super basic and quite old. The bed was comfortable but there were absolutely zero extras. King size bed with 2 pillows, the heating didn’t work, the tv was tiny and old. For one night’s stay it did the trick but wouldn’t recommend it for longer.

Reasonable hotel but broken shower head holder bracket was annoying. Lack of fire regulations in room and only one electrical socket only came as a surprise. Fortunately one of us had a double adaptor to charge our phones! Hotel in a quiet location but 10-15 minute walk to the Grotenmarkt.

Staff was very friendly & the hotel is in the process of being renovated, however room was very basic & plain, bathroom was in need of work. Walls were really thin & could hear coughing all night long from rooms adjacent & across the hall along with the elevator alarm in the hallway. BUT... Hotel was very reasonably priced though & the Irish pub next door is great for a late night drink.

Quite comfortable and nice for the price. Good for shorter stays.

Upon arrival no one was at the desk. I had to wait for half hour for someone to show up. Finally a cook from the kitchen came out and check me in. Then I went to my room and found out that there were poor amenities like there were no towels, the TV didn’t work, no coffee maker, no drinking water bottle, no refrigerator, and poor lighting as there were no power outlets for headlights.
