The only thing wrong (very minor) with our Superior Sea View room was it was too low down to maximize the view (we were on Floor 1) otherwise excellent.

The property and the staff were pretty good but the security guard at the front gate harassed and made fun of my fiancée when she went to pick me up with her sister. I demanded an apology and got none.

Large and rather generic hotel - it feels more like a typical business hotel. That said, the pool and beach areas are nice, the room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Bathroom could use a bit of renovation, but cleanliness was very good in general. Noise insulation could be better.
Drinks were decent but nothing spectacular, food was varied and surprisingly good!
Overall, very good value for money, definitely recommended.

The hotel is quite dated but pleasing. We had a room overlooking the beach with nice balcony. We had minibar and requested an electric kettle from the reception. The price included breakfast, nice but coffee very bad.

Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.

Very nice hotel next to the beach. Lots of things to do there, walking distance to the city (40ish minutes) along the beach. Very helpful front desk staff!

Good standard tourist hotel. Clean comfortable and good food. Rather crowded as many tour companies use this hotel with constant animation activities.
