Nice hotel not quite up to the same level in the rooms as other Marriott’s I have stayed at, but not bad. Car park is very tight for larger vehicles

Good hotel large spacious, clean room, helpful staff. Easy walking distance to train station and shops. Just off the river close to multiple bars and restaurents.

Horrible check in. They gave my friend a regular room when he is clearly in a wheelchair. He had to spend 20 minutes wheeling around for no reason after traveling all day.
Horrible coffee service in the morning with the breakfast restaurant. Very expensive with very poor service.

-Convenient location with short walking distance to the train station; very busy surroundings with restaurants and bars.
-Hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Our room is very, very comfortable with a huge flat screen TV, mini-fridge, kettle, safe and other amenities as per Marriott standards. Our room is facing the inner court yard and it's very quiet!
-Hotel staffs are just amazing, they are the nicest front-desk person that we've ever met in Germany and we really appreciated all the help we got during the stay.
-Just wish there is Expresso coffee machine in the room instead of instant coffee.

There were heavy noise in the hotel due to some construction and the waking up hour was around 7-8

The property and staff were excellent five minutes away from Central Station 10 minute walk if that to the cathedral and other destinations half an hour walk to the chocolate factory and to the mustard museum crossing the bridge to the cathedral is the locks bridge plenty to do around the area short distant walk to most restaurants if Location is your key this is the place Also the gym is really nice. It’s a nice workout facility. We were extremely pleased with everything and would highly recommend this location. We will be returning in two years and mark this down as a place to rebook.

This hotel is excellent. High quality. Good service. We stayed in a studio room which was really spacious. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent. Parking convenient but expensive, as you’d expect in the centre of a city.

The staff were amazing. There was a slight hiccup that was out of the hotel's control, but they wemt out of their way to make sure my family was taken care of. The location is near tons of hreat places to eat and the lical attractions. No complaints on anything from me. We will make this our stay every time we visit.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room is very large. The bathroom had 2 sinks, a bidet and a bathtub. However, the air conditioner was not very strong but it eventually made the room a satisfactory temperature for sleeping. There were a few dining options on the same street but better options were available within a 15 minute walk near the river

Crew hotel for the weekend with my son. Ole Familiar to me and showing my son around my favorite city. Toby at the bar is awesome..an old friend, took care of us all weekend.

Nice hotel close to all the main attractions. Very quiet room. The shower floor is extremely slippery when wet. I fell and fortunately only cuts and bruises. Manager helped me bandage but one was on foot. Put a damper on rest of trip.

Great location. 5 minutes from cathedral. Good bakery, 3 minutes away. Staff really wants to help, but not really familiar with the area or local attractions like day trips out of cologne or rhine day cruises. Best advice is to walk the 5 min to rhine river to get a cruise. And also get train tickets from the station. And my latest crusade is to say what the incidental amounts are for hotels. 100 euros per night. I think the parking was 30 to 35 dollars per night. The hotel description will not tell you this,

Very nice room, they checked me in early, which was appreciated. I just didn't like that they cleaned my room even though i had put the Do Not Disturb sign up. Obviously I appreciate the work cleaning my space, but it was jarring because I didn't expect all my stuff to be moved around etc when I returned.

The Concierge Lounge is the best of the Marriott properties I have ever been to in terms of selection. Terrific. Staff was phenomenal at Lounge also.

Highly recommend - great location a few minutes from the train station and cathedral, parking on site, great staff, very helpful. We stayed in the family suite and had so much room! Quiet, clean, couldn't ask for better.

We had to pay for a breakfast we did not have. They asked me to sign at our arrival, however, I thought it was optional. I was not informed that it was obligatory.

The most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on in Marriott chain hotel. Staff was kind enough to help in fix the problem but all beds were the same. Other than that, staff were friendly, location was perfect and car parking was suitable

The location is strategic and very convenience. Near to the Cologne central station, Cathedral and the old town. The staffs were also very helpful.
