Very nice personal in the reception

Thought it is only Chom View hotel when I booked the hotel, only to find out there’s another facing the sea, would definitely prefer the one facing the sea more. Suggest to make it clear in the app that there are 2 different hotels and one of them is facing the sea and the other is not (and is an older hotel)

on arrival at hotel room described as superior room was in fact like a butlins room. we had to pay an extra 19500 bahts extra for a deceit room which was really an apartment for 4 to 5 people we are not happy about this. the main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool which was great. we would like to make an official complete about this.

Paid for a big suite, and expected a little "luxury". What met me was a strong smell of old moisture and mold. The wall in the bedroom had big pieces comming off. Air con in the livingroom was good, but in the bedroom it was no cold air from the outlet. So I had to sleep on top of the blanket all nights, waking up sweaty in the morning. Internet: If you need to use internet when you stay in Hua Hin; CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL There are many other hotels with better location, better food, and working internet in Hua Hin, for a better price.

Breakfast was good. First night we were in the cheap rooms. Ive seen some creative showers in Asia, but this took the cake. I wish I would have taken pictures of the 5 faucets in the tub, but I was too hot and too tired. Bathroom was dirty especially the light fixtures. A/C barely worked in the room and had a sign that we were not allowed to turn it lower that 24C. The pillows were so firm and tall I couldnt sleep. On the second night we asked to switch to a better room. They did allow us to switch, but said we had to pay the $30 more. Seemed worth it to have a better night sleep and i was desperate. So they sent us to the tower room and for the $30 more we got a room double the size at least with kitchenette, complete with dishes, dining table, couch and chair. This room was impeccably clean and smelled like teak. Night and day difference from the 1st room. However, downside was that the A/C only worked in the living room and the bedroom AC never came on. Unfortunately we got back late and didnt really realize the A/C was not working because the fan was going until probably close to midnight. We tried to sleep for a couple hours, hoping the sign by the a/c that said it would just take 2 mins to kick on was truthful. Unfortunately it was wrong. Finally after realizing we were sweating through our pjs, I made the tiny couch into a bed for my husband and I slept on the tile floor. Our friends stayed in a suite both days and had no issues.

We have booked 8 nights and left on the second day. The room was to small for 3 people (no place to open our luggages..) and the breakfast was also not really convenient. The reception was really nice and said they will refund a part of our money (ca. 19.500 bath) to our credit card but we have never received anything (it was kn february). I wanted to contact the hotel but their website is down and i found a Email adress on google but i never get an answer. It‘s really frustrating that you cannot contact anyone and get ignored because thats a lot of money..

Hotel is a little out from main road. there is a night market open every thurs ,Sat t n.Sun within walking distance lots of food n live band music.

The pictures on Expedia showed a pool overlooking the ocean. It turns out that this is a separate part of the hotel catering for four person bookings. As we were a couple we were given a room in the hotel 500 metres from the ocean with no view at all. Also there is no beach access from this hotel at high tide as the waves crash against the barrier wall. All the “hot” foods at breakfast were actually cold, including the eggs. We witnessed small birds actually eating from the fried rice container. At certain times the food was also in the sun. Our room included a kettle but no cups, tea or coffee. The room was spacious and included two lounge chairs which was a bonus.We could not control the air conditioner in our room which was freezing during the day and hot at night. We only had a doona on the bed which was way too warm.Our booking included a surcharge for a special New Year dinner which we were never offered.

Not a nice hotel at all all rooms are next to pool very noisy during the day rooms o lying have block out curtains so there is no privacy Wi-Fi is a joke must update with new username and password every 3 hours.... And hotel is not on beach as advertised

Noisy Air conditioning in room., and by this price level should included a breakfast.

Nice hotel close to the beach .In the evenning enjoy shopping at Cicada & Tammarin market by walking. Family room has a little bit not comfortable for old women.

pool under maintained

Staff very nice and helpful,bit of building work being done by the swimming pool but this never impacted on the experience,very close to the beach with a great view from pool area so you could always seethe children.Rooms where clean and these where cleaned and tidy every day by the hotel staff.Close to a night market,restaurant,7 11 shop and 10 minutes to townAll my family enjoyed are stay and would go back again

Not much around the area other than the weekend market. Family room good size but very steep stairs to top floor. Shower dreadful. No power and cold .No in room wi-fi but did lend us a pocket wi-fi.Air- con very good. Not enough seats poolside and pool area quite run down. Friendly staff.

Chom View is the Hotel in Huahin with the best Price/Performance, breakfast included. Located directly on the sea with a large Swimming pool and relax area with a direct Access to the sea. It is easily to reach from the Highway. A must to see is the natural reserve south of HuaHin with a lot of Caves or a walk from the Hotel to ko takiab

Excellent location with private beach.Beautiful place.But no wifi /TV/plug in bedroom. Only 1 bathroom . Good servive and staff. There are many choices of breakfast but most of them were not delicious.

Hotel was nice, but not as seen in pictures. Not close to beach but its directly on sea. U can't get out on beach as it was full of water. For going to beach you need to travel to towncentre to locate beach around 2.5 km. No proper food was available except at morning breakfast. Room was clean and as expected. Just disappointment was beach area.

Quiet location very helpful and friendly staff

the towel is not clean, and no hair towel.the upper bath room has no hot/warm water. Took bath after 10 pm. was very cold.The excellence is the location. Its close to Cicada night market just five minute walk.This hotel is close to the beach too.

Nice breakfast and nice place for a family holiday

This hotel is great for families, as there are many "Family Duplex" rooms available. They are as big as an apartment, quiet, and clean! The hotel website says there are two pools, and there are - but one is very small and shallow, in a courtyard. The other pool is beautiful, about 4 ft deep throughout, with a sectioned off part that is very shallow for small children. There are many day beds around the pool. Both pools close at 6pm. The hotel has a private beach access, although the beach isn't that great. Horses travel up and down the beach offering tourists a chance to ride, but dirtying the sand and making it inadequate for sunbathing. The ocean has many jellyfish, making it not a good place to play in the water. The hotel's website also boasts two restaurants and a pool bar. One restaurant is only open for the breakfast buffet. The other restaurant only has pizza and sandwiches, and it closes at 6pm. The pool bar has terrible coffee, overpriced soft drinks, and alcoholic drinks. It also closes at 6pm. There are taxis that wait across the road from the hotel and have cheap, fixed prices to take guests into town. There is also the option of walking five minutes out to the bigger road and waiting for public transportation into town. On the weekends, the Cicada market is open and just a five minute walk from the hotel. Stalls sell handcrafted souvenirs, and there are many food stalls.

This hotel suited us fine. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we were delighted they were beside the small pool. The staff were friendly. It was good value for money. No frills but perfectly adequate. Room had everything we needed and good air con.
