Brilliant stay at Valamir Tirena. All staff were super friendly and the breakfast options each day were fantastic. The added bonus was Maro world for the kids which was well thought out and catered for all ages (my kids are 7, 12 and 14 and all enjoyed going to Maro world). It was my daughter's 7th birthday whilst we were there and they left a card and goodie bag in our room whilst we were out. This was a lovely touch since we hadn't mentioned this to anybody and was a complete surprise for her. Location was really good with several beaches/bathing platforms within easy walking distance and we found some fantastic snorkelling spots nearby. Getting into Dubrovnik was super easy too. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to book with Valamir again!

Very well functioning hotel - Staff is absolutely welcoming and striving to make your stay great. The beach 5 min away is a gem of crystal clear waters.

The staff is amazing, very friendly, pleasant and willing to assist. The facility is either recently renovated or new, modern and clean. Very easy walk to two beaches, Copacabana and Carol Beach, and also to bus stop that takes you downtown, old city. Food, drinks and nightly entertainment is superb.

Bra semester

This hotel was perfect for my 9 year old so. And 7 year old niece. Even tho it was catered to making sure kids enjoyed their experience, the adults ont he trip enjoyed it too. The pools were clean, you can use the pools at the next hotel that had kids slides and everyone was friendly there. Kids club was open until 9am and after a long day at the beach and pools, our kids loved going there. The beach had an obstacle course that was about 15 euros for an hour. My son loved this. Breakfast was included and delicious. We opted for the Buffet dinner and that was delicious as well. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We did a boat tour and they picked us up near the hotel. The only thing I’d change is adding elevators that go down to the first floor because it was a long walk to the lobby. However. I’ll still rate it a 5 out of 5.

Staff were friendly and hotel was clean and well equipped however I would say this is more a three star than a four but the facilities in the sister hotel are excellent.

its an amazing property very close to a lovely beach. Newly renovated and very well integrated with nature. They serve a good spread of breakfast and have a wonderful and helpful staff. The bus stop is just 300 meters away and you're 20 mins away from town center.

Great modern clean hotel with comfortable beds and delicious breakfast!

Check-in was quick and easy. All staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Bed comfort was okay, your head sinks into the pillows, rooms are lovely.

Outstanding experience. Family of four (two kids aged 5 & 8). Lovely rooms, first class and kind customer service, wonderful pool. Breakfast and Olive restaurant really great. Maro club was outstanding - so much for kids to do. Just a cheap 10 minute cab / bus into the amazing old town too. Nothing to fault. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Valamar Tirena. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. A huge variety of food for breakfast and dinner. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean.

The hotel was the ultimate relaxation spot! Loved the use of the many pools and easy access to the beach (and beach club)!

Absolutely loved our stay here and will be coming back. Best location to stay at in Dubrovnik. Lapad is very calm and beautiful compared to the old town. Bus stop right outside the hotel and it’s the first stop so you don’t have to worry about the bus being full already. Great rooms for the prices and excellent staff.

Recently refurbished interior. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Exterior updates appeared delayed or maybe it was too early in the season for completion - the beaches were like a building site and no sun loungers were put out. The pathways to the all the hotels in the group could be improved.
