Toilet was broken and dirty, horrible experience, has to sleep another place

Neat and clean. Friendly staff members. Moderate in price for the state of the art of facilities.Let the hotel have more adequate information for guests who may need them. These may be on transport, restaurants, market and tourism.

It was clean, shower room was excellent overall conditions was excellent

First of all, this hotel was better than another F1 hotel on Rue Docteur Babinski we stayed at earlier in the trip to Paris so that was a relief. While it was about only 500 meters from the Transit (Gard) Cergy Prefecture Station, it was amazingly hard to find. Once we asked locals we zeroed in on it but before that it was a real struggle.The rooms are clean and Id say the staff at the front desk are helpful. They have vending machines in the lobby that serve some pretty good food. My daughter got meat in her spaghetti that was 5 Euros. Not bad when youre in a rush or heading to the airport the next morning.There were a lot of young guys sitting at the tables around the vending machines. Seemed like engineers or students taking big exams soon.I would recommend this place as a good place to stay in the Cergy area.

Nice hotel at a very reasonable price! The staff is not very helpful but overall a good experience. 300 mtrs. From RER station.

Not very "clean". Is being refurbished, thus to be reviewed after this...

I stayed for 2 nights. There was no direct access from road so I had to carry my heavy luggage to the hotel through stairs. Inside the room just a twin bed, a desk with chair and TV on the wall. The floor looks like never been cleaned for some time. There was only one towel in the bathroom with no hand towel or bathmat. I went down to request and the receptionist only gave me another towel saying the hotel doesnt provide any bathmat, but on the second day after house keeping the bathmat suddenly appear! The towel got some stains and smelled funny. The wifi was slow and the only power socket was down near the floor next to bathroom door. You can easily kick your charger if you plug it there.The good point about this hotel is cheap price and central location, but dont have high expectation.

Cheap no frills hotel. Clean and basic amenities. Not the best

No parking , below average breakfast and amenities. Ok for students, but not for business travellers.

Extremely basic and very noisey at unsociable early hours

When booking I thought Premier meant Premier. It did not. No plug with in easy reach to recharge electrical appliances, No bedside table or light. This hotel was in reality a stop over for visiting students . The décor was tired and the flooring was lino. Breakfast was not worth the 5.25 Euros. I booked out after one night.

We organised a road trip around a few European cities before Christmas (2011) and we were advised by one of our Parisian friends that we should stay in Cergy and get the train in to the center as it would be cheaper for a hotel and easier to park. We found a good deal on this hotel but it seems it was too good to be true. The hotel was poor quality and dirty. The hotel was very outdated and badly maintained. We weren't that bothered because we were there to see Paris and this was just somewhere to sleep. But I would not recommend this to a friend.
