Stay here when I visit. Best in area. But could use some upgrades. Better mattress and better towels but the staff is great and always friendly

The first night the room smelled like roach spray and the remainder od the stay the room smelled like urine.

Very nice stay after a long day of driving. Check in was quite, ample parking, snacks and water at the desk was nice. My room was superb. Very spacious, with a king bed, comfortable desk chair, and other amenities. The bed was quite comfortable, and I woke up pretty well rested. Breakfast was also excellent.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating in spite of the world wide software fiasco. They adjusted and kept on moving on.

Not bad but just a few things. The fitted sheet kept coming off during the night so that was frustrating. The back door downstairs was out of order the entire week and that was a bit of an inconvenience. The floor in the shower was soft and was destabilizing for someone like me with vertigo. Otherwise very pleased.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at HAMPTON and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service.
The hotel amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly.
One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Manning SC.

We stayed here mainly because of the full breakfast they offered and a true hotel experience. The others in the area seems more motel like which we did not want. The breakfast was convenient and plentiful. The rooms were comfortable, however, I do believe the bathroom/tub could have been cleaned a little better... we found hair on the floor and in the tub which grossed me out a little. The pool was also great but it's located almost in the parking lot which was a little strange. Overall we had a pleasant stay and return if we're ever in the area again.

The room definitely needed some repairs. I was told that the shower door was broken at check in and they even gave me a discount because of it. Besides that, there was a leak at the base if the toilet and some obvious water damage on the ceiling i. The bathroom. However the bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff member at check in (I am sorry but I don’t recall her name) was very friendly.

We choose Hampton Inn because it is reliably nice. This one was not up to the usual standards. It is in desperate need of some TLC. We booked a room with a king bed, but couldn’t have it because it had a broken shower door that had been removed. One of the doors leading outside had an “Out of Order” sign on it. We had to take a room with two queens. The beds were nice, but all the furniture was old. Breakfast was standard and the breakfast lady was nice, or I might have given this stay 2 stars.

I have issues with my shoulders so when we arrived I called the front desk and asked for a couple of pillows. Her response was “I don’t know if we g”have any but I’ll check and call you back”. No followup and my call to housekeeping went directly to a busy signal.

This hotel was a mixed bag. The people were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, but there were a few quirks that brought my rating down. There were no amenities (bar soap, lotion, etc.) in the bathroom, except for the containers attached to the shower wall. When I inquired at the desk, they said that they ran out. So, I had to use the body wash to wash my hands in the sink. Also, the room did not have a chair to go with the desk. Again, I inquired and was told that it should be there. Evidently the previous guest did something that necessitated it being removed for cleaning. Really?? Also, one of the beds was comfortable, the other had a large dip in the center. Quality control needs to be upgraded here.

Room was dated and had funky smell that kept me up all night. We usually stay at Hampton Inns while on the road and have been very pleased. Surprisingly, this one was a disappointment, especially for what we paid. I plan on opening my lodging options in the future.

The staff has always been great at the Paxville, SC site. No issues there. The facilities are falling apart. Water damage from ceilings in two of the rooms I rented plus the breakfast area ceiling broke in mid serving of breakfast with water leaking from the ceiling. The weather was clear. Great place to stay for those traveling with pets. That is the only plus.
