customer service was very good

The bathroom and toilet was so nasty I went to the store and got cleaning supplies.

The staff was nice

The first room we were given was already open/ recently used. The beds were messed up, tv blaring etc. the second room smelled horrible and the carpet was wet.

The front desk lady was sooooo sweet , love her energy !

THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING , the walls were dirty , the bed liens was stained . And the manager when I called back about my refund was NOT FRIENDLY or had good customer service !

Mold on ceiling, fixtures not on wall. Electric sockets uncovered and loose from wall.

Does not compare well to other quality inn hotels. was supposed to be smoke free but room next to me obviously smoking and the smoke came under the door when heat was running (I had to wash all clothes in my bag due to the smoke). Paint was pulled from walls, black mold in bath tub area. vent fan cover in bath mangled - just really lacking good general upkeep. linens had old stains and same with shower curtain. Carpet still wet from being cleaned.

Standard room. o.k., but nothing special.

The lack of breakfast due to Covid was rediculous. Coffee and a donut could have been provided without endangering guest or staff.

Property is somewhat run down. Tv had no remote, would not turn on and coaxial cable was ripped out from the wall. No tissues in the room and none available from the desk.

Front counter staff was great

Remote and TV didn't work. Toilet ran all night. Just generally I'm disrepair. Ended up getting up at 4:00 and got the heck out.

The lady at check in was very friendly.

We book three rooms two of which were terrible one smelled like marijuana and the other smelled like something died and the mattress looked like someone threw up down the side of it.
