Hotel Review This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I would even call it a motel! It doesn't deserve any stars at all. My family and I were supposed to stay for two days, but we barely managed to endure one night. We were in a desperate situation and needed to sleep after a long flight. The room was small and in dire need of renovation. The towels had yellow stains, and when we asked for replacements, we were given slightly cleaner ones. The toilet and bathtub were also stained, and there were hairs on the walls from previous guests. We initially thought the pillows on the beds were decorative, but the reception explained that the thin, long pillows were standard. The mattress was extremely hard. The water in the pool looked cloudy, so we didn't feel like swimming in it. After reading reviews from past guests about food poisoning, we decided not to try the hotel's food. The only positive aspect of the hotel was the staff, who were very responsive and friendly.

Our room was not really clean correctly, hairs was still left in the shower tray when we book in, one day when we got back from a trip our door was not locked, the cleaner did not lock it after cleaning...the room was really basic with outdated furniture, air conditioner works great, but room was tiny for 3 people.. We did not go in the swimming pool has it can be crowded very quitly because of its size. Staff was pleaseant and helpful, i did left some tips for the restaurant staff as they seem to work very hard..foods were average while the foods choice was acceptable..will i come back there?..No.

The food was desapointing ! Not worthy of a 4 star hotel ! No much deversity in the menu and most of the time the bffet food was at best luke warm on the dispay ! Worse was the grill for breakfast and diner.Staff not trained properly and hyginic ! When doing an omelette the person behind the grill didn't use a spoon to put the ingredients although the spoons were in the bowl ! The person after touching dirty wiping cloth went on picking up ingredient with her hand ( with gloves ) !On one instance the glove droped fron the trolley but that gloveswas picked up and used insteed of being binned and changed for a clean one !! Fish at grilled was not cooked properly ! This hotel needs to improve on its menu and training staff working behind the grill in terms of hygine and professionalism ! Swimming pool was small for a 4 star and no gym ! This hotel derseves at best a 3 and half star.

Right beside the main strip. Walking distance to everything. Very clean. Close to the beach.

Bar staff made our holiday. Hotel was immaculate and cleaned everyday. Hot counter for breakfast was lovely

Didn’t like the fact that the air con in the room is set at a high temperature and the hotel will not let you adjust it so it just blows hot air.

took 4 days in to a 7 day stay for the air conditioning to be working after s many attempts to resolve. left numerous messages for the manager to speak with him/her - nothing. The masses of rude, ignorant Russians was not the low point

Lovely hotel. Very nice and clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Arrived very late at night and had some food saved for us. Only one drawback the hotel doesn't put the aircon on in the rooms until June. So was very hot at night.

Food in restaurant very very poor. Limited choices compounded by grill station where cook used same tongs to handle raw chicken then use it to directly handle cooked (barely) onto plates. Same behaviour 2 nights in a row..

The hotel is a 10min walk to the beach and 30 min walk to theme parks, so for us the location was great. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. We found the bed a bit hard... otherwise a great stay.

The hotel is very nice and recently decorated. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean and bright. Dining room was a little cramped and I felt badly organised. I don't know why the desserts/puddings had the starters and mains either side. I'd recommend to move the desserts to the far end of the room. However, this was a minor thing really. There were also 2 bottles of water and 2 soft drinks provided for free in Mini Bar. A really nice touch.Overall the hotel was fantastic value for money and I would recommend it.

Food variety was wide and well presented. Just around the corner from were the main shops and bars start and a short distance from nearest beach. Nothing bad to say about hotel or its services. Pool was quite nice but it needs maintenance repairs. Several tiles in the pool need replacing and the tiles along the edge of both the main pool and paddling pool need full repair as the grout has broken Only disappointment that bothered me was the pool attendant, the first few days pool inflatables were allowed then a new person came and decided he wanted to ban them. This meant several guests had paid 15-20 euros for inflatables that were no longer allowed. We only bought them as the first attendant allowed them. He was reasonable and agreed they could be used but that we would take them out when it was busy. Then two days later a new attendant decided on banning them all, it was disappointing for the children and Im still annoyed by the inconsistency.

If your name is not Igor or Vladimir and you use a hotel for rest, ignore the reviews for this hotel and take it from a person who has provided hundreds of ratings, stay away from this hotel and any hotel within a block of it.Noise – If you like noise levels that rival jet engines on active runways, this is the place for you. The hotel room we received was about ten yards from the year of the stage used for late-night concerts at the pool area. When the band, that sounded like Alvin and the Chipmunks, started yelling, I went to the front desk looked a guy named Roma right in the eyes and simply stated “change my room right now or I am leaving.” Roma stated that the hotel was fully booked, and I should return at ten the next morning. I then stated, “I do not give a flying F about tomorrow I want to know what you are going to do right now.” Then, mysteriously, the type of room that I booked suddenly appeared among the five non-handicap rooms still available. So much for being “fully booked. The entire time this guy reminded me that his shift was about to be over. He changed my room for one reason only; I gave him my old “street days look” and I am certain that he was glad the counter was separating us. He was a complete jackass who only came around when I assured him that we were about to have an event right in the lobby in moments. Advertised with Air Conditioning but not avaliable until peak season (june-september). Would have changed mind about booking if known before but does not say on thier website or hotels.com. No real entertainment on week nights.Was given a smaller room then what booked (booked two queen bed room and got assigned single bed & double bed room) until queried about.

Good place for vacation. Great food. Not recommended for business trips. Loud music till 12 pm.

We stayed at this hotel because of the proximity to the Lumine golf course. The location was excellent and very conveniant with the possibility to park in the garage at a reasonable rate. We chose the half-board option. Excellent breakfast and a good dinner. The room was good as well; clean and comfortabel with a nice view of the pool area. The only little downside is that there are only two lifts which meant some waiting time around meal times. In summary we were very happy with our stay at the hotel.

We bought some wine from Priorat and would like to enjoy it in our room in the evening. However, we forgot to bring our own opener. So, naturally we tried to ask for help from the hotel staff. To my surprise, the bartender at the lobby refused to open guest's own wine and send me to the reception. Then the manager on duty at the reception told me they do not have openers and asked me to approach the bar. I have lived in more hotels than I can count and this is the first time I encounter a situation like this. Anyway, if you want to drink your own wine in this hotel, bring your own opener!
