My top priority for staying at a hotel is cleanliness. The room was very clean. The front desk workers were very helpful and polite. My son goes to CNU so we travel to the area often. This is our first time at this hotel and we will definitely be back. We will be staying here again.

The property I stated charged my card after I already paid through Expedia I into the room on the 23rd checked out the 25th and I still have $470 on hold. I was in town for my father’s funeral and already had enough going on then had to leave with no money because the Marriott has a hold on my card that should’ve never been there

The only compliant I have is that I had booked several months in advance and requested a king bed and was given a room with two queens. I was disappointed with that being changed.

My stay was very pleasant and quiet. However, I wasn’t aware that they charge for parking. They gave me a parking pass and I checked in and parked my own car. I was charged $6 for parking. I was not aware nor told that I would be charged for parking

The room is big the staff was wonderful
Very safe area. Very clean area. The view beautiful. The tub had rust. The heater made loud banging sound the whole time I just turned the heat off at times. The decor is out dated.

Tvs were out they had know idea when they would have them and not give me a room with a working tv and the front desk was horrible at helping us with the probelms

Disappointed that the halls of the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. I thought this was a smoke free property. I would not book here again because of this.
