My experience was truly horrifying. The man checking me in was nice, but the state of the hotel was so dirty/old/unsafe feeling. A couple checking in behind me (and ended up checking into the room right next to mine) were very clearly participating in professional sex work, as they checked in with no bags/luggage and I could immediately hear their acts happening once I was in my room. The state of this motel is so frightening and I immediately left the property as I felt so unsafe once I checked into my room. I left crying and shaking I felt so unsafe.

Parked in rear. No elevator. Not updated or clean. My pillow smelled badly of body odar. Electrical outlets didn’t all work. Very noisy from the road and could hear everything above us. Do not recommend for the price. Way over priced.

From the unsafe location to the smell to the makeup/blood smears in the bathroom the room adjoining door being jimmy rigged shut with a night stand and dirty cigarette ash all over the place not to mention burn holes in the bed we couldn’t stand to be in room longer than 5 minutes. Naturally the manager was unapologetic and unhelpful refusing to offer my partner and I a refund instead telling him to dispute it with Expedia it’s just how the rooms are

The room need a total makeover. Sheets and towels Were not acceptable. We came from Us for Unexpected death had no other choice. But the room need major work the Toilet was leaking water all night.

Reasonably priced at $250, when the crooks downtown are trying to take advantage of me by asking $1080! Like common vancouver! Lets not gougue the middle class with balloon rates!

The photos on hotel.com. The place looked OK. But I wish I had of selected to pay on site because if I saw the room I wouldn’t have stayed there I recommend to give this place a miss.
I’m actually going to contact the manager with the photos I took of the room. The dilapidation of the furniture when I pulled back the bedsheet it had marks and stains on it. I couldn’t sleep at all. Also, the wall switches, especially the bathroom were dirty, and there was black mould on the shower curtain and the hairdryer did not work. I would recommend Hotels.com remove them from their list.

The pillows were really bad condition, Pillows definitely need replacing and mattress cover and curtains needs replacing. I found your blanket and convertors very itchy. The toilet seat was loose and my friend had to tighten the seat

My boyfriend and I had a good little getaway here for the weekend. The non-smoking jacuzzi suite was in good condition! Its an older building but they maintain it well, had no problems with electrical or plumbing. The bed was very clean, so was all the furniture. The jacuzzi tub was clean, especially the jets which is always a gamble when booking a hotel. The cleanliness of the suite overall was good! The staff were polite and helpful, answered any questions I had. Also a blessing that they have AC as BC summers are super hot and humid!

Had to pull out tv stand and plug in cable box and tv myself. Staff is polite though we had to wait about 15mins to get signed in.

This place is way overpriced. It's very dirty/ rusty. Was the only one staying and did not feel safe. Worst pillows I've ever used and just very run down.
