I thought my stay would be great since its such a beautiful hotel. However, there were so many rules for the pool and the restaurant that it was very uncomfortable. My main issue here was that I had friends staying at the hotel next door, and they could not come over to the pool at my hotel to enjoy the view and relax with me. I felt as if I had to ask for permission to have them over, which was not good considering the price of the hotel. I will not be returning and will let others know.

When we initially checked in the front office area was kind of dirty. I asked if the TVs and everything were working or since I was a lot of games on that day. I was told they were in excellent shape came into the room and both TVs were not working. Overall cleanliness was mediocre, found a couple of bottles stuffed into the couches from other people bathrooms, a little outdated and showed signs of rust and mildew and some mold

Do not buy the breakfast! It doesn’t exist, and even when you ask about the employees seem clueless. Paid an extra $80 and not even so much as coffee! WiFi doesn’t work, and they make you set the air conditioner to 74• so it doesn’t stop working but it never actually gets to 74• do not stay here! Not to mention the long walk in the rain from the parking lot in barely lit conditions, again avoid! I’ve stayed at way better way cheaper hotels on the island!

I was a little disappointed with the rules. Check-in 4pm. Checkout 11am. Pool hours closes at 10pm. No outside food or drinks allowed. Just overall to strick. Beds were to hard. I will say the hotel was very clean.

We rented a 3 bedroom for a night, the AC didn’t work finally they went to go check it they did something to it but it didn’t work at all it would stay at 78.. gentlemen who went to go fix it told us if it wouldn’t get cold to call the front that was at about 9pm & maybe they would give us another room but it was for a night by the time I would have moved everything not even worth it.. then the restroom sapito broke so I had to literally be putting my hand and picking it up manually so it would flush.. they did fix it when they went at 9pm but come on we went for vacation a day to escape and had a terrible experience and the price we paid to have issues not worth it!!

Pool and amenities are excellent. Restaurant is very convenient. WiFi didn’t connect to “D” section of the hotel, it’s not a big deal unless you have kids w devices. The rooms there don’t have a microwave though, which would have been really nice. Even the simplest hotels have one, I do feel they should too.

Walking distance to beach is the only good thing about this hotel. The water from the sink and shower smelled like sulfur. You need to pay close attention to credit/ debit card charges. They tried to charge me for someone's drink at the bar. They removed it after checking cameras. The rooms are very outdated

Very old and dirty hotel. Worse than motel 6. Wish I had just booked motel 6. Had to walk to fifth floor the entire stay. No one was working on the elevator the entire time we were there. My feet are hurting after what I thought was a going to be a vacation. The place needs to be renovated and updated. Cant even watch Netflix on tv. Good tv is like 200.Toilet is old short toilet . Bedding were old and cheap. The doors between two rooms were not locked properly. They just pulled out the handle on one side and left it open so someone could just use srew drive to open it from the other room. Please don't book this place don't buy the food. Worst hotel. Have paid less than half for places that were ten times better. Dont be fooled by the edited pictures. That 8.3 review is fake.

We chose Pennisula because it was close to the Beach, has a great and big pool, and it was smaller. We had a good view of the ocean. All of those things are great! The negative was it has the slowest elevator ever and parking but they had a golf cart shuttle to take us to out vehicle. The restaurant was good also.

Older hotel but very well kept. Staff from check in to the bar, all very friendly and happy to please. Great access to the beach and the pool is perfect.

This is a dump, with a great pool. IT IS NOT THE BRIDGEPOINT TOWER that appears in their photos behind the marquee.
It is a 6 story, view limited, old place. Very tired all over, several shelves and towel rack and drawers were broken, beyond just being old as heck. Worst of all was the entrance and front desk, no place to park, no covered entrance, just very sketchy.
People are very nice, especially in the restaurant. But this is disappointing for the price and not coming back.

Paid 320 for one night, the room had yellow stains on the wall trimming. I was expecting it to be nicer for the price.
