Good location. It just takes you 3 minutes walk from the Exit Central South, JR East Kawasaki Station. There are some food stores near by, and opened till midnight.

Everything was quick and easy to checking in and checking out, and was able to get around quickly with being directly beside the station.

This hotel has friendly and helpful staff and is very convenient in terms of transportation, shopping, and dining.

Very clean, convenient, and easy access to the train and bus station. If you want to visit the Costco take bus from number 1,2 or 14 bus stop from Kawasaki station.

Customer service was lacking. Most of the people didn't speak English. Also, the bed was very hard.

Good hotel with a great location. Restaurant is very good. In room facilities scarce. Needs to o have a safe bit the front desk can keep valuables. Maybe I missed it but no external laundry service but washer was available. Comfortable but a little small. However a great value.

Wonderful room, comfortable bed and very convenient location!! The breakfast did not have vegetarian options, but the hotel arranged for a coupon at a nearby Bakery which had vegetarian options... So no problems on that front... I was impressed by the COVID-19 precautions at the hotel!?

Extremely convenient to JR Kawasaki Station, Toshiba Science Museum, and upscale shopping. Property is relatively small; lobby is very small with no seating/waiting space. I had planned to meet a friend in the lobby, but had to revise that plan and meet in a nearby coffee shop.

About a 2 min walk from the train station, this hotel is clean and convenient. Not lots in the immediate area but still close to Tokyo. Room is large and comfortable. My only comment is the breakfast that was included. Not suitable for vegetarians unless you like lettuce. Day 1 on offer was beef stew and carrot & broccoli. Day 2 breakfast was sausage with scallop cream sauce. I would have been happy with Miso soup. We decided to skip their breakfast and eat elsewhere. Certainly worth staying there but maybe think twice about the breakfast option.

Very close to the metro station, 2 mins walk, very convenient! The premium room’s toilet is clean and new. The mattress is very good quality, and the hotel room price is attractive.

I have stayed at the Kawasaki Mets over the last 20 years and have spent more than one year of my life in the hotel. The hotel is clean and very convenient to all of Kawasaki and is right next to the train station. The room is small (not big enough to exercise in), but very clean and the bathroom is very clean and the shower is great. The bed is very hard and the pillows are not feather, but again pretty normal for Japan. The breakfast is good, but not a normal American breakfast (salad and beef stew). Since the hotel is so convenient, and inexpensive (~$100 including breakfast) I would recommend it for any business travel.

Great location to shop and get the train. Love the goodies they offer up front, citrus bath salts were great. Room was smoky smelling and the breakfast was weird to me. Though we could see the trains, we heard nothing.
