Great service, room was ready and check in was quick. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were really nice. Oh, breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful.

The stay was nice, easy check in and out. But the beds were hard, couldn’t sleep with outside and upstairs noise. Ppl walking back and forth all hours of night, I’m a light sleeper so I hear all the noise from hallways, walls, upstairs. It was annoying but I finally got some sleep. Room was clean but bathroom door wouldn’t close. Room 314

I lose my money cause I decided to not stay, I was traveling with my two daughters and we didnt feel comfortable with that hotel, and the staff was very rude

I slipped on water pooled below mini fridge. When I called they brought towels to clean the leak

Staff was great but the hotel is run down and smells like mildew. Hair all in the bathtubs and stains on everything that’s fabric. If it wasn’t for the nice staff I would’ve left.

Great location to stay outside of Dallas city congestion. Clean and quiet. Lots of grass and wonderful field of bluebells for our travel weary dog to run around in before we got back on the road.

Staff is awesome! Rooms are very clean! We did not have the breakfast but it was always busy. My average rating is due to the room being very hot (without having the heat on) air flow was an issue for me. The a/c system is the typical wall unit with a wall thermostat that didn’t show the temp in the room but showed what we would set it to. It was a good 8 degrees higher than what we set, and neither of us could sleep well. Bed was not comfortable for my husband (too hard). The shower in our specific room creaked. (thoughts of falling through the ceiling while showering did enter my mind.)
Again… STAFF is awesome!! And the room was VERY CLEAN!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Every single encounter with staff was just exceptional. From the ladies who prepared breakfast to the front desk staff we had only positive encounters. The hotel stay was no stress and all the employees really cared for our comfort. This was my first stay at a Hampton but won't be my last thanks to the staff here. I just hope my next visit is equally impressive!

It was as expected from a Hampton except for condition. We have stayed here multiple times but it has been a while since last. Needs a good update because most of it is the same. Same tile, quite a few of which are broken, same fixtures and carpet needs some attention. The beds were newer and awesome which was the best nights sleep we had on our whole vacation. Service was terrific and it quiet even though close to Hwy 35. Did not have the breakfast. That all being said, we would absolutely stay again.
