The clock was not set correctly & had no instructions. Pretty good when that’s all I could gripe about.

Room was big - looked like recently remodelled.

Could not get good sleep due to noises from other rooms around us and above us - noise of people walking, sounds of someone in pain during their sleep, echo from AC running. Room was very big almost like a suite, but the sitting area had a single cushioned chair and a desk with chair with lots of empty space which is probably why we could hear echoes.

The mattresses were very hard, we likened it to a sheet laid over a piece of plywood. They have what looked like home type mattresses and box springs. Photo number three under lobby shows u. The pillows deflated upon use so no support there either. We stayed a business week and my hips and back were killing me the whole time. They have a strange deposit of fifty dollars they take from you on top of your stay so have extra money on your card, they do take it out of your account. I was behind a man that was very upset about it as they took the money from his bank account and left him short on money. If you use a CC like I do at least you can fight any strange charges if they don’t return your money. The fridge was great. Good size and we used the washing machine which was very handy and cost 2$ in quarters but it was great to get it all clean. If they get new mattresses I would stay there again. Also there is no ventilation fan in the bathroom so everything gets wet and the mirror doesn’t clear up for a while so if there is more than one person it can feel uncomfortable when every surface is wet from steam. They said it was because they are going green but it isn’t customer friendly and they said that’s why they don’t clean the rooms very often during your stay. Supposedly going green. Whyndham needs to do better.
