Wonderful stay, ideal location close to altstat, shopping centre and train station. The reception staff were also very kind and helpful.

Very unhelpful front desk staff. I needed directions to a well-known river cruise ship that docked within a 10 minute walk. They had no idea where it was and sent me to the wrong area. When they asked if I had found it and I told them what happened, they shrugged their shoulders.

Really enjoyable stay in the lovely city of Koblenz. The hotel was ideally situated. Hotel was lovely as was the room. Staff were all friendly and courteous and the allocated room lovely. Many thanks.

A functional no-frills place with good access to the old town. Staff were accommodating but room wasn’t that comfortable (only one pillow) and it was quite bad in terms of sound insulation.

Property was okay, room wasn't that comfortable due to size and bedding was not as comfortable with only one blanket. Staff are helpful and courteous for the most part.

The location is amazing! From outside the hotel is not the most beautiful one (and can even give a bad impression), but the room is clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is also quite good. One not-so-good point: the sound insulation in the room. You can hear the sound of other rooms and also from outside the hotel as well. So if that bothers you this is not the best place to stay.

Centrally located hotel with standard business room. Unfortunately cold shower in the morning (which can happen), but no appologies from the staff. For us, way too many people in the breakfast room in times of Covid (long line due to slot times, people couldn't keep the distance, very difficult for staff to make sure that enough bread, cheese etc. was available). The most expensive stay on our bike trip on the EV15 (Rheinradwanderweg) - and definitely the least enjoyable... Our recommendation: you may stay there, but avoid the breakfast (which was not included anyway).

Warm and friendly welcome, clean rooms with one free bottle of water. Entering the old town by just crossing the street in front of the hotel. Overall a good experience.

Good quality hotel in the centre of the old town

This hotel is very well located. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Being central it isn't overly quiet but isn't overly loud either. It is good value.

A real mixed bag. Reception lady was very helpful and let us leave stuff in reception while we drove round the back to park the bikes in the underground car park. Hotel is well located on the edge of the town centre with an easy walk to the rivers and eateries. But there are few amenities in the hotel and the rooms and corridors smelled of cigarettes, so can't have been refreshed for a long time. Fortunately we were only there for one night.

We knew this ahead of time, but Reception has a hard stop at 11pm and closes the front door. We narrowly made it in ~10:40pm as our train was delayed. Receptionist told us we were late and asked if we knew (about the deadline, implied); we told them we did and that wed have emailed to give a headsup if we were going to be later than 11 that night, but I couldnt tell if they accommodate late arrivals and if so, how late. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone with a chance of arriving past 11pm, or those who plan to stay out past 11pm nightly, to make lives easier on both ends.Otherwise our stay was pleasant. Room clean, with good facilities. Location adjacent to old town Koblenz -- about 10 minute walk to the Rhine river where KD cruise dock is, Koblenz main train station 16 minute walk or ~7 euro cab ride away . Really not much to say about this hotel. They provide good service and had a garage in the basement which was the main reason we choose it. It happen to be one of the hottest days in summer and the rooms have no air-condition. Rooms are very basic-
