This is a beautiful hotel on a golf course. It is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is not within walking distance of any thing but only a 15 minute drive to beautiful beaches and towns.

The fact that the hotel accepts dogs is wonderful.

Clean, very friendly staff. Bed was very very firm for American standards. All the rooms have lovely balconies with views of the gold course. Would recommend it was a jumping off point for the area. However no other amenities near by. The hotel does have very good breakfast and dinner which we did use while staying there.

Family stayed for 1 night, had secured a booking of 2 rooms, 1 twin and 1 King. When we checked in they gave us 2 twin rooms..and stated they couldn’t give us the king...they stated they didn’t get that booking information, evenhough I showed them my booking on my hotels.com app! This was disappointing...don’t know whether it was a failure on their side or Hotels.com side. I pushed for some comeback (they weren’t offering anything initially!) and they threw in access to the spa which she said was worth €15 each. The spa was nice...(small indoor pool, jacuzzi,sauna,steam room,massage rooms) ....has a v small gym (2 cardio machines, 4 weight machines, no free weights)...dinner at the restaurant that night was v good ...drinks at the bar afterwards were expensive.. Had nice brunch in the restaurant beside the golf course before we left, good meal choices there. Outdoor pool looks nice - although it was out of service when we were there. It’s a few miles from the beach but no issue really as you’d need a car to get there in the first place.

Friendly and efficient staff, most of whom spoke reasonable English. Room clean and comfortable with balcony with very pleasant views over golf course and distant mountains. Very good dining facilities. Have stayed before and would be happy to use again.

Lovely hotel in a great location for discovering the local area. There is so much to discover from beaches, pine clad coves, local history and historic villages. We have been returning to the hotel for ten years each July and the standards have never dropped. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. You need a car to stay here.

Location is great. Ideal for golfers. Architecture is modern and rooms are large. However, walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors discussions.

if you are looking for a hotel as a base then this is in a good position to see the surrounding beaches and sites. We have stayed here many times and have always found the hotel staff helpful and friendly. The rooms facing the front are noisier than those facing the golf coruse. However the surrounding views are all lovely.

Needs updating here and there but very beautiful area.

Most guests want to play golf next door and the hotel facilities reflect this. Bar was dead and closed at 11:30 p.m. Breakfast much more reasonable next door in the Club house.

Quiet and beautiful surroundings. The hotel is comfortable and clean with a decent breakfast. Tried once the restaurant and although overpriced the foos good. Staff was helpful depending on shifts. Difficult to get coffee and tea replenished every day so we had to go to reception nand asked for.

we booked here to get out of the rain. it kept raining and we stayed for 3 nights. this is a golf focused hotel but I still recommend it. the room is spacious, tastyfully designed and very comfortable. the wifi is a bit spotty and the gym is very very minimal. not even a set of dumbbells. the spa is very nice and the spa pool was great. the hotel is in the countryside but there are several towns with great food options nearby and the food in the hotel (we ate breakfast and a few dinners there) is of hi quality. my only disappointment is that despite asking two folks at the front desk on separate occasions my points card was never credited and so i now have to pursue that if I want the credits.

From arrival to departure the staff were pleasant and efficient and the whole experience was good the hotel is modern and at the time that we stayed almost empty which surprised us as it is on a great golf course and I thought that it would be full due to the great weather. This is not a seaside hotel although the beaches are only 10 mins away by car and that is necessary here as it the hotel is in a very rural location. the rooms are superb large modern and the beds are the best that I have ever slept in better that any of the 5 star hotels that we have used in the past and there is an added bonus coffee making facilities yes a kettle something that is sadly lacking in many continental hotels.We stayed in February and there is very little open at this time of year that includes that outdoor pool we were informed that this did not open until June but that does seem a little late we were given access to the spa and this is a lovely quiet relaxing area. The breakfast was good but not great but we ate in the dinning room and the meal was very good the Ox tail braised in red wine was excellent. to finish this is a great hotel for golfing as there are 2 courses and if you like exploring the coast and the ancient villages it is ideally placed and at the end of the day there are those restful beds. PS if you get a chance go to Llfranc and dine at the hotel Llfranc the food is out of this world try the calamari
