Very nice family hotel to stay in jaipur. We got free pickup from the station. Reception guy was helpful and friendly. We had a great dinner on their rooftop. Set up was amazing and we enjoyed our stay..hotel is very beautiful from outside and inside both. Rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated.. Hotel is following all safety precautions and hygiene measures and it is very safe to stay here in covid timing.

Stay was very comfortable at sarang palace . Beautiful rooms with neat and clean washrooms . Hotel is very beautifully decorated and designed. Due to COVID we were little worried but as soon as we entered the hotel it went totally . Staff is following all safety rules and sanitisation process and make you feel very comfortable and secure . Food at their restaurant is very tasty and hygienic. We has all our meals there as we don’t wanted to eat outside . WiFi was working good . They have beautiful rooftop also

Very memorable stay . Hotel is right in city center with beautiful exterior and interior both . Hassle free checkin was there with no touch keeping in mind the covid. Hotel has taken all the precautions of sanitisation and safety for staff and customers and we felt very safe in the hotel . Reception guy was very friendly and helpful. We had all our meals at the hotel and all food was absolutely delicious and Freshly cooked . Room was very beautiful and large in size with good sunlight and very beautiful interiors . They have beautiful rooftop where u can have candlelight dinner. We will come back

Terrible place to stay. At check in I requested a room away from the street. The area is very noisy, 24/7,heavy traffic, the hotel is across a hospital with the ambulance in and out all night. They refused my request and gave a room facing the street. There windows need to replace to block the noise. I don’t who or why People are giving them excellent rating. There is nothing good about, no customer service, cleanness is poor, food some what ok, not friendly and I was overcharged on an airport pickup 10 times the going rate.

We had very comfortable stay at sarang palace . Staff attitude is very friendly and helpful . As soon as u enter the lobby is very vibrant decorated . Beautiful paintings done on ceilings . We got free shuttle from station . We booked deluxe room and room was very very clean and beautifully decorated and spacious and very comfortable. Vibrant pillows and cushions and good linen. Beautiful curtains . Great hot shower . WiFi’s was working efficient and we could surf anything with ease . They have beautiful rooftop where we had candlelight dinner. It was fabulous experience . We enjoyed so much staying here . And we would definitely recommend to other travelers

The lobby and other common areas are charmingly decorated, but the rooms are basic. There are no amenities, which is fine, but the room was freezing cold. Unless we were in bed under the blankets, we froze. It was not possible to sit in the chairs to relax.The beds are ultra-firm with no give. I found it difficult to sleep. The WiFi is the system where you have to log in and then open a browser to enter credentials. It would not work for my laptop, so I did not bother for the first two days. For my spouse's laptop and both our phones, it was fine, but if any devise was turned off or idle for too long, we had to sign in again, often requiring new password credentials from the reception. When I did complain about my laptop, they did work diligently to get it fixed and finally had an IT person from off-site come to correct the problem. The breakfast offerings were the slimmest selection we have experienced on this trip from 8 other Indian hotels. I would not recommend this place for foreigners as they are more geared to servicing the Indian populace.

Lot of sunlight and vibrant decor. Food is very good in their restaurant . They have car Rental also which is very good . Nice car and good driver . WiFi was working great . Staff is very good and professional and always ready to assist the guest .

Well maintained and neat and clean property to stay in heart of the city. Staff is so welcoming and very friendly. We booked deluxe room but manager upgraded us to super deluxe room. Room was decorated with a variety of amenities. Vibrant colors and good quality linen. Neat and clean washrooms. Wifi was working efficient. Food is very good. We ordered dimsums and kebab platter and some drinks. All nicely done. Happy to stay here

this is one of the worst experience in entire life. this hotel is horrible and I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel. we travelled all the way from Sharjah on 28th morning and reached hotel at around 4.00 AM early morning. Hotel staff was sleeping and they greeted with dirty look :( as soon as you enter hotel is stinking and very bad smell.. room is so small and we booked this hotel for 4 nights.. there is no proper cupboard and room is so small. we have paid Rs 2000 per night and not worth the money. room is so small and stinking. Next comes one more blow.. net was not working. I tried to connect so many times in the early morning but in vain. Again went down to reception .. staff is sleeping and they woke up with great difficulty and told we will see later and slept again. This is the kind of service we never expected. our holiday started with very bad note. Later immediately we called our driver (Cab booked for 5 days) and checked out immediately at 5.30 AM finding the new hotel. we were checked in room number 103 (not sure) and not stayed even 30 minutes. Requested for at least refund 50% but unsucessful.

We enjoyed our stay at sarang palace . Family hotel in city center with very spacious and neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. Lot of sunlight in rooms and large windows to see city view outside . We had candle light dinner on their rooftop which was Beyond excellence . Staff is very humble and helpful . There are many thing to do in jaipur so one should plan Atleast 02 to three days . Hotel sarang palace is good choice to stay in city center

Property different from what is seen in the Expedia picture.

Service was very poor, as per 3 star hotel. Basic amenities were missing, like bathroom soap, shampoo, conditioner, asked for dental kit and reception was surprised. Room service even more pathetic called for water at night did not get till morning and warm water for drinking was luxury waited for an hour to get it.

Everything was great staying at sarang palace. Our room was very comfortable and bathroom were very clean. WI fi was working fast and was free. We hired the cab from hotel and driver and car was good.. We also had their rooftop dinner in the private setup and it was amazing experience including food and beautiful atmosphere with candles and roses and music and scenic view

Perfect getaway at jaipur. Good hotel to stay in jaipur. Sarang palace has nice cozy rooms with clean washrooms. We felt peace at rooftop. Had candle light dinner up in the evening. Food was good and so was service staff.

We like the hotel very much. Me my husband and our toddler stayed at the hotel. We were assigned very beautiful and large room with lot of windows. Everything was super clean including bathroom. Staff is very friendly and experienced.. Food is their plus point and offers very good food and at very reasonable rate.

Very bad experience. Rooms do not look like in the photos. There is no bathtub in regular rooms, not even a shower cabin in the washroom. Water just flows freely on the floor without any separator. We found hairs of previous guests on the bathroom floor and walls were very dirty. Also hot water was not available. This is not acceptable for a 3 star hotel. We left as soon as we saw the conditon of the room and found a better hotel. Really really bad experience, I don’t recommend this place to anyone
