Staff was exeeedingly polite and helpful!! Unfortunately the family above is the second night we’re very loud, but otherwise it was a fantastic experience!

Rooms were very run down and in need of maintenance. Dirty carpets, peeling paint, broken fixtures, etc.
Pool was fantastic. Well maintained, cleaned everyday, lovely gardens, best feature of the hotel.
Most all of the staff including the gardeners, pool man were excellent

Loved it! They were very accommodating when we had to extend our stay. Thought it was so nice I joined the club.
Wish they had recycling options, I brought it all home for proper disposal.

Excellent service. The check-in clerk was friendly and super helpful. Aurura with housekeeping was also incredibly helpful and friendly.
The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I'd stay here again if I were in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my stay was.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Specifically Ashley and Gabrielle! Room was very clean, spacious and had all amenities I needed. Grounds were well-kept, pool was clean and maintained and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Will definitely stay here in the future again!

The staff was great especially Gabriela Adams who made our check in of our family's early arrival. We booked 3 rooms and she went beyond her way to accommodate us. The rooms were clean and spacious also.

Property was great but heat wave outside was a bit much that i can handle perhaps next time will be winter time.

No supervision at the pool, no towels at pool area, no cleaning of the room (3 night stay).

Who is green and they allowed guest to still be in it which is against the health law in California I want a refund was rude. Dirty room was filthy. There was animal defecation everywhere. Look at my pictures. Those are from the hotel. It was disgusting. They even had bedbugs. I don’t think that the room was even cleaned. Hotel manager tried to twist it around on us as if we were the problems. They were the problems with the dirty room making us wait five hours for our room and it was supposed to be ready having a green pool and a filthy disgusting hotel with no air conditioning and it was 110° outside, I request a full refund

During my visit the staff told me she would have someone take a crib for my baby as requested. As me and my family finished up in the pool, we went to the room and no crib was in room. I went to notify another staff, since the staff prior was gone for the day. Staff told me that a request was never inputted by the other staff and they no longer had any cribs. It was bad customer service and communication. It's dangerous leaving the baby on the bed. That's why I got that hotel in the first place for a mini vacation because they had cribs, I had to go out of my way to by a playpen and the rest of our trip was just downhill from there. No one apologized or even showed they cared. Very bad customer service and cold hearted for not thinking of my babies well being.

The rooms are clean although some of the cabinets could be replaced.
I found the bathroom sink and toilet were shorter than what most homes have.
Overall, a lovely property and I recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay.

Loved the one bedroom suite. The pool was amazing as well as the breakfast. Very comfortable bed and the balcony was very nice.

Rooms are very well equipped with all the basic necessities you have at home, large fridge, cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans, etc.
Third time staying and the service and cleanliness have always been 5 star. The beds are extremely comfortable.
The area is beautiful, facing the mountain range and close to many restaurants and stores
