Room was not cleaned during my entire stay and the room service staff was very rude while literally kicking me out on the last day 15 mins before checkout time.

The shower was dirty and there was either blood or some other darker red liquid spilled on the wall ,and there was food left in the cupboard from a previous guest, and the breakfast was terrible.

It was only one night, so not much to complain. room was fairly clean, receptionist cordial and polite. The breakfast could be improved, with a bit more variety, and the fruit was not fresh at all. Overall - 7 Breakfast - 6

No hot water thermostat did not work it was cold in room thermostat did not shutdown on morning we put call to find out about the hot water so there answers was you need to let water run for half hour to get hot water go figure

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. While the property was older, my biggest concern was the cleanliness. The couch cushions were soiled/stained and ripped. There was visible dirty/debri on the carpet and some dead bugs as well. There were not linens for the pull out sofa. The bedding itself was fine but I was half expecting bed bugs etc. Additionally, while they had a nice spread for breakfast, the hot food was not good. I am not sure there are a lot of option in the area however I would not choose this hotel in the future

Didn't like cleanliness. Housekeeping service is dismal. The place is dirty. The facilities definitely need a new Housekeeping crew and some much needed updating. The latest update was 17 years ago and it shows.
The young lady at the reception desk that goes by Z was wonderful.
Very thoughtful, respectful, and caring. She deserves a salary raise and/or upwards movement in responsibilities.

Katelyn on the front desk was very apologetic that there is no airport shuttle- i was told by phone that “there WAS service and it would be no problem “. Katelyn patiently helped this elderly woman download Uber and schedule a ride.
The breakfast was wonderful! Good coffee and hot (or cold) food was hot ( or cold). Wish I could have stayed for another round another morning.
The pool was not sparkling water but murky- too many chem?
There was mold in the sealant of both our shower and the room my daughter’s family had.

We weren’t given our requested room type and didn’t have enough beds or blankets in the room. We were kept awake until extremely late by noisy neighbors and staff slamming the laundry door next to our room every 2 minutes. Complained multiple times and asked for a room swap, but they were full.

Good size room, we booked the king 1 bedroom with a pull out couch. The bedroom had a door to close off the living room and kitchen. Kitchen supplies were sparse but doable for my family of four. Dated but clean hotel. Great shower pressure.

This hotel has been a favorite of ours in the area for a long time. Has always been very nice with great rooms/space and clean and quiet. Lately the hotel could use some TLC as some upgrades and repairs would go long way. Staffing and setup of the free breakfast has not kept up to previous standards, though I would still recommend the hotel.

Hotel was nice and the free breakfast was a great feature. The 2nd door key didn’t work despite being rebooted… and happened to our friends too.
Other than that, this is perfect for a short stay

The property could use some updating and could have been a little cleaner. The staff was friendly and the welcome reception they have on Wednesday night was nice.

Both coffee containers are emoty for the 830 breakfast. Carpet hallways are dirty. No toilet paper in the lobby bathrooms. Staff made aware and immediately tried to correct the situations

Overall my experience it was very average and I would not recommend this hotel to any of my associates. I also would like to say that the breakfast was unsatisfactory.

The staff were amazing, the suite was extremely nice. The only con was the noise at night ( cars racing, loud music from cars parked behind the strip mall adjacent to the hotel). The breakfast was very good. I would definitely book again to visit family in the area.

Was clean and quiet. Occasional air planes from the nearby airport but it was hardly noticeable.

The staff were friendly and the people who stayed there were friendly as well! The only thing to complain was the malfunction of the carbon monoxide detector... we heard the alarm as we arrived and the front desk staff was trying to fix it... it ran off as an "error"... could be a false-positive alarm but the front desk staff had to check if it was a true-positive or false-positive alarm so it took us a little while to check in... got to have that fixed!
