It was fine

We only stayed for a day. The hotel was quite unkempt, with mud tracked up and down the stairs, which made it seem like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The room itself wasn't terrible, but there was a filthy chair. We're not very picky since we were just looking for a place to sleep, but if cleanliness is important to you, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Additionally, the gentleman at the front desk was quite rude.

It was awful the projects are right next door $3 for a Pepsi no ice said machine didn’t work sold me a hot bottle of water for $2 I had my 3yr old granddaughter with me no kind of anything in the snack machine for her to eat because there was no breakfast and then I was told there was no water and it wasn’t their fault I should have slept in my car and saved my $67

Good price, but very budget friendly and clean

The motel was basic, just what you expect it to be. The staff could’ve been a bit friendlier, even though they did their job. A smile doesn’t cost a thing, but I guess it’s still optional. Our room was clean, had AC and a fridge. I guess for the price it was okay.

Sometimes properties are just not wht you desire

Hotel wasn’t bad but we booked a non smoking room and the entire hall and room smelled of smoke, anyone with asthma or breathing issues should consider staying somewhere else

The friendly person behind the desk. He worked hard to accommodate us. We appreciationed him.

Bed bugs and dirty

Booked for my staff for an event. It was the closest hotel and I was unfamiliar with the area. I should have known you get what you pay for. Cheap but they said it was unclean.

Felt like it was not being updated, repaired promptly

There was no wifi and therefore TV the 1st night. A dog barked throughout the night and day also. The second night I woke up to a flooded room, dirt coming out of the shower and no hot water. The staff assured me I would still be charged.

Great place

Had to get a room while visiting and for the first time for a smoking room so my husband didn't have to go outside. Window wouldn't open, smoke detectors I assume was unplugged because they never off, shower head shot water out the to the floor(husband fixed for free) For the window the service guy brought up a screwdriver and asked why we wanted the window open anyway. The only thing is wrong with this motel is the shower head is for short people. Property is always clean and well taken care of.

Pleasantly surprised by the refurbed condition of the property and the cleanliness and curb appeal. This is a lake / fishing area and many hotels are a bit worn. Really recommend for anyone visiting the area. Ample space. Good internet. Friendly staff. Easily accessible off the main highway without undue road noise. Thanks

The room was small but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was serviced daily. Refrigerator, tv, microwave, a/c all worked well. Hotel was quiet and felt safe. Bathroom was clean. Towels were small but snowy white. Bed was comfortable. Hallways and stairwell could have been cleaner.

Tried to cancel my last day with a 24 hours notice and they would not refund “since I made the reservations on Expedia”.

It was okay

This Motel was fine, I wasn't expecting much for having paid $60 per night including taxes. I didn't feel unsafe. It was relatively clean, but nowhere near spotless. Pros: -Felt safe in the area -Easy to access -Free parking -Inexpensive -Good air conditioner, but it was loud. Cons: -No elevator, the stairwell was quite dirty. -Smelled like body odor, but I think that was just the person working there that day. (Sorry) -Rooms weren't particularly clean, but not disgusting. Nothing my can disinfectant wipes can't fix. General: -There is a gas station right next to it. -There is a prison approximately 40 miles away, but I didn't feel nervous. -There are two Braum's within 5 minutes of the motel.

Not a 10 or a 2 for me, as some have rated. I rate this about a 6. The updates to an older hotel are about what I would expect, but I hope for more. The price was great. No extra charge for a dog is generous. The room was reasonably clean. The beds were comfortable. There is no breakfast, only coffee. Eating places are nearby with a car. Microwave and fridge provided. Soap but no shampoo. The left side security door would not lock. The clerk was informed. The stairwells were very dirty. Housekeeping was informed. The ice machine was not working but clerk unclogged the chute. OK for a night or 2 just passing through.

Liked the clean inexpensive rooms but not the trash in the yard and some exterior disrepair of the building...

I’ve been coming to this place for four years now an it has never looked this poor !!!!
