Very unusual place to stay, rooms very very nice and bed very comfortable, the pool was very long and narrow, the swim up bar was fun. Breakfast was very good and great variety. Our main dislike was we didn't like having to walk past, several times a day, the smoking area which I must say as a non smoker very unpleasant.

Stunning hotel. Especially at night. We had swim up room which was amazing. Breakfast was ok. Getting a second cup of coffee at breakfast was a challenge (takes too long)

Beautiful setting with incredible staff. Spa was excellent. Breakfast was fresh and with good selection of items. Property is in good condition but shows a little wear. The room was very spacious andvthe bed quite comfortable. Overall I would definitely stay here again

The staff and the long pool is amazing. Location wise was quick to get to places by scooter.
However, there were some kind of wood eating bug infestation in our room so there would be wood shavings scattered on certain parts of the floor. That was uncomfortable to walk over.
The toilets need upgrading if its necessary for guests to toss used toilet paper. The bed mattresses felt old and uncomfortable.

Amazing resort, felt like we were staying on a movie set. In house food was great, awesome and friendly staff too. Spent a lot of time in the pools with easy access to the swim up bars. Easy access to the beach, local shops and markets. Will love to stay here again when we are in the area.

The staff at this hotel were the most welcoming and helpful staff I have ever encountered in all my travels. The concerige named Boy anticapted our needs and wants before we even realized we had them. We had zero wants while we were at the village. I truely wished we had booked our entire vacation there.

This is a themed hotel with beautiful common areas and pools. Make sure to book a room with direct access from your shower. It’s very cool.

Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Especially thank to K2 for his hospitality.Location is surround with various Thai & Western cuisines, short walk to the beach. The pool & landscape are designed elegantly and uniquely. One thing I would like to recommend is the washroom floor might needs to be replaced with floor tiles is much better than the wooden floor, as the wooden floor absorbs ordour and hard to clean other than this the exhaust fan might needs to be installed in the washroom as well. I would understand after the COVID most of hotel would need time to improve and address minor issue. Overall, my experience at Sawasdee Village was very happy with all provided services from staffs to facilities.Will stay again next time when I am in Phuket.

Great and beautiful property. Room was not cleaned properly on couple of nights, they could work on that. Also the air conditioning is in the ceiling blowing air directly on our faces. We cannot control the direction of the air vent because it was very high up and the fan speed cannot be controlled

Nothing too much trouble for the staff, though some in room instuctions for the wifi, air con & workings of the TV for non-Thai speaking guests would be greatly appreiciated. Bed would easily sleep4-6 people but this means space & Storage are at a premium. Smaller Bed &drawers/wardrobe would be a better fit! Shuttle bus to beach used several times, you can then take a slow 15=30 min. stroll back (if you like) shopping as you go, once you know where the drop off/pick up is you can walk it & shuttle back. Pool very accessible, both steps & slope to get in. Breakfast has large range of western and asian items. Big Budda 10 min Taxi away. Kata main drag 300m away (hotel round about mid point) very walkable

Amazing resort, elegance and tasteful, every detail immaculate, from tge beautiful lights on the ceiling in our room to the evening lighting around the resort and in the pool. It was like a fairytale. Loved the access from pool straight into the shower. Buffet breakfast was lovely. Did use room service twice, food was okay but breakfast always made up for it. Overall rate resort a must for a phuket stay, definelty beautiful and peaceful, and staff always helpful and polite.

This hotel is gorgeous! The decor is very well thought out and the landscaping is beautiful. We had a porch with pool access which led to the pool bar. Everyone was so nice and helpful with a smile always on their face. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options. The beach and markets are walkable and safe. Thai massage right next door with laundry service too. I would highly recommend.

At night time, the swimming pool and walk ways were lit up
with small flashing specks of light. Very fantasy like especially when swimming in the swimming pool at night.
Did not see any kids so it was peaceful and staff very friendly. Only disappointment was we did not get free upgrade with the VIP access. Hotel also provides free shuttle to and from Kata Beach every hour in the day time.
