Clean and the bed was heavenly. Haven't slept so well in a long time.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Not knowing the area i asked many questions. My kid enjoyed the pool and the we took advantage of the clean gym

Our stay was great no complaints, but I’d like to mention that Elizabeth was the one who checked us in and she was so kind and pleasant, she went above and beyond especially in todays day and age where good customer service is rare! She was a breath of fresh air , the rest the staff too was great but Elizabeth just stood out ! Thank you again 💙

This hotel has been very recently renovated. You can still smell the new carpet. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a great stay. The room was clean, but the bathroom shower could use a deep clean. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint was it was a little cramped on one side of the room.

Not sure why but kind of annoying that I was almost on the borderline of feeling interrogated on why my I. D says the same city.. So I had to get in great depth about how I'm from this town, but don't live here anymore and just haven't changed my I. D I do still have Grown kids that live here so yes I'm here. A lot.. Can't believe I had to get so personal after spending almost two hundred dollars for a room.. It would be different if it was a nice friendly pleasant conversation but it was more of kind of an attitude like I owe her an explanation. I don't like that..

Property and room were very clean and freshly renovated. The room was a good size and the shower was nice and big with a hood showerhead. Breakfast was good and went until 10am, which was nice to be able to sleep in and still have food.

Receptionist was very rude on giving information about our stay at the hotel. (Like breakfast and pool hours). At the end, she did it with a fushy face. I want to say that check out receptionist was very kind.

Front desk staff was average. The breakfast and hospitality was attentive and helpful. Pool was way over chlorinated and the hot tub was filthy. The room was acceptably clean with the exception of the shower which was dirty and not adequately draining. There was no hot water at any point during our stay. The hotel is in the middle of a professional development with hundreds of parking spaces- we were charged $10 per night for parking. This is not disclosed until you arrive. Not the worst place to stay, but a far cry from the best.

Very clean and updated. Wish the mini fridge has a mini freezer at the top like most do. View was overlooking a roof, which wasn't awesome. Loved the free breakfast. Good choices if you're a healthy-eater or comfort-eater. Would stay again. Really close to many entertainment and restaurant options!
