I stayed here and it was really quiet and it's within walking distance of 4 different restaurants the closest being Chinese. It was a 3 minute walk. The staff more specifically the concierge was awesome and super nice. I had time before my flight and he allowed me to leave my suitcase in his office while I explored the area until it was my time to head to the airport and I had a taxi within 10 minutes.

We enjoyed very much our stay in the hotel. They serve a very good continental breakfast. Very clean room. Nice people, helpful. We strongly recomment this hotel!

The receptionist, Joanne, was very welcoming and remarkably helpful in dealing with a lost luggage problem (by the airline). The rooms are spacious and well furnished with excellent facilities (bath and kitchenette).

It was perfect for our stay for the night before leaving on the cruise. I'm not sure it would work for a longer stay, as it is quite a distance from other areas we wished to visit on St. Maarten.

Stayed for 3 weeks in January. Lovely quiet, clean place. Respectful, helpful staff. Challenging to walk/bicycle in the neighborhood . . . no sidewalks.

Needs more explanation about the breakfast because we was there waiting everyone watching wouldn't ask if you need help , so i decide to ask how to go about getting breakfast then the lady ask if you staying in the hotel i said yes .
I stand there watch the way she made some sandwiches, I dont know if because we staying in the hotel thats why we got our sandwiches like that I also saw on he face body language that she needed help and i was correct, a gentle came and ask her only you here today , nobody suppose to know that you short staff put that smile on your face even if its a false smile , so the next day we decided to get our breakfasts somewhere else
But for the rest the stay was excellent.

You had access to the busses $1.50 for the fare. The staff were friendly and gave an all round at home vibe. Food delivery was easily accessible. You were able to purchase a local sim card for usage at reception and top up in the bakery while shopping or getting breakfast. The property was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful and very affordable hidden gem. The property does not look fancy from the outside but inside the rooms are very clean and well kept, very minor upgrades needed. Bakery located downstairs, where you get the lovely free breakfast which comes with your booking. Free parking onsite, I recommend getting a rental to move around the island from this area. Very helpful and friendly staff, I had to check out 4 days early & return home due to an emergency and the owner kindly approved a refund although I was not entitled to it because I did not have purchase protection with expedia. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget friendly stay and I do plan on coming back myself.

Price is affordable and comes with great amenities for the price, free breakfast and small grocery store down stairs was a plus, also Chinese restaurant close by.
