Walls were thin and could here people talking, bed was dated and uncomfortable. Hotel is overpriced for its condition. Could here children running around above our room in the morning, so clearly no sound proofing either.

Bed was super comfortable! I was in and out late so didn’t get to inquire about why the shower was cold. Not too big of a deal, but did make for a chilly morning ☺️.

I had a friendly welcome and was upgraded to a better room. The ambiance of the location was excellent and the communal areas were furnished to an excellent level of quality. I was surprised to find an ironing board in the wardrobe but I was told that many of their guests stay for business meetings and want to look smart. Therefore, I was surprised there were no shaver points in the location. I get shaved every day, I don't iron clothes every day. Some of the windows had slipped slightly out of alignment and wouldn't fully shut. It is a shame that a high level of service is let down by issues of convenience (shaver points) and low level maintenance.

Room a little tired looking with a small double bed. The shower was noisy and very weak but the room was clean and very smooth check in and check out.

All was fine and simple; clean room with comfortable bed and hot shower after long day of intensive training.

Twin room in need of an update. Damp smell-walls painted-bedside lamp-shower seal-cracked toilet seat-better pillows are a must!! All of these details can be seen with the naked eye. Website & in room information booklets needs updating too so they both in-line with one another. This could be a really nice room with the few improvements Staff was very friendly & helpful

We were attending a wedding at Stokes Farm, 5 minutes away by car so this was the perfect location for us. We didn’t use any of the hotel’s amenities but the bed was comfortable and the room sufficient for our needs

Booked as an overnight stay before visiting family the next day. An older property that might need a refresh but clean. Bed too hard for my comfort but that is subjective. The staff were friendly and pleasant and we would be happy to visit again.

A one night stop off combining a University offer holder day and a family funeral. This charming hotel met our needs in every way. My son and I stayed in room 3 which was very well equipped. Martin and Dee were great hosts. Would stay again.

Value for money hotel whilst working away. Very clean. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that.

Good location and nice room. Surprised to pay £5 for parking especially when there is plenty of parking outside the hotel for free. Not as though the hotel was in the centre of Bracknell. I could have stayed at the Coppid Beech nearby for £20 extra but 4 star and free parking.

Enjoyed our stay

Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good. Unfortunately our bed was rock hard, and the under sheet had not been changed. An extra duvet was given which made it a little softer and the sheet changed.

This is a very unique b&b with interesting and homely decor. Excellent service with additional touches such as personal bar service of an evening in lounge with Chesterfield sofas and magazines! Carpers in rokms need a refresh and average breakfast. Didnt like surprise 5 pound parking charge. Overall very nice though.

Small, single room, did the job for one night but wouldn't stay longer. Got charged an extra £5 to park my car on the driveway which was ridiculous. I parked it at 9.30pm and was gone by 7.50am. felt this was unjustified.

Hotel was lovely. The manager is a very helpful person who made our stay very welcoming. Would stay again

I booked the Fines Bayliwick as a last minute booking on a work trip. I wanted to arrive later than the 11pm check-in, (though I could have made it before, but would have meant a bit of a rush) so called them about 8pm to ask if it was possible. The lady on the phone said yes, and to call back “about 10 minutes to 11” and she would give me a safe code for the key if I didn’t feel like I would make it in time. So I decided not to rush, and called back at 10.45pm. No answer, and went to the “office is now closed” message. I emailed, no reply. I kept calling and calling and at about 10.55 I gave up. I couldn’t stay and had to drive all the way back to Brighton. I asked for my money back for the booking and they refused. Just be careful with this hotel if you think you may arrive late. I am appalled at how I was treated!!

This is a little Jem i stayed for 5 nights and found it very good yes I would recommend it and I would stay again

fantastic checkin facility as i arrived at 1 am. and the host had put the required arrangements for a smooth checin.

Absolutely terrible place! Room hasn't been cleaned properly in a year, there was a knife in the draw from the previous guest, walls paper thin, breakfast not worth £12.50 at a time, owner rude and lied to our faces and shower water was cold!! We have requested our money back!

We had a lovely stay, although the room was rather cold. An extra heater was already in the room and extra blankets were available.
