Staff checking me in was rude and very unhelpful. However, the staff member who checked me out was super sweet and kind. The room was clean, but two of my lights didnt work. Perhaps a refurbishment is needed

The free breakfast was very minimal. No bacon or sausage, and only fruit was an old banana. Excellent coffee!

The marriot next door has flashing very bright lights all night long curtains did not meet so unable to keep out light didn’t sleep staff unable to help

My plans to visit my sibling in Washington State changed. I was still stuck with a hotel near DTW for a night. My boyfriend & I made the best of it. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Our room was very nice. However, the staff could not have cared less. They were unreceptive. Unfriendly & unhelpful. A fire alarm went off at 11 am on the dot in our room & in the hotel. When we vacated our room and asked the receptionist if everything was safe, she responded, “yeah.” When I asked if anything had happened, without looking up, she said. “No.” This left us feeling like maybe the alarm was tripped to get people out of the hotel. Wow. I paid full price for a good stay. Also, the maid came to our door at 8:30 am and knocked twice, abruptly, scaring me out of a sound sleep. Work on customer service here. It is lacking.

Easy way to park and fly. The Hotel was very clean. Customer service needs attention asap. The front desk associate was very rude along with a few other guests that was checking. I asked about the hot water in my room and she stated I had to leave it running for at least 20 mins before I can get a hot shower. Like come on I have an early flight no one should have to wait that long to shower. Especially for the rate you pay to stay at your establishment.

Customer service was horrible.
Fridge didn’t work. No hot water for one shower because they were “fully booked”.
No change for onsite laundry because it was a Saturday and they don’t have any. I was told there was a gas station down the street I could go to to get change. Called to ask for towels to be sent to the room and was cut off mid sentence and told “we are not full Service, you’ll

The jacuzzi had so much chlorine that most of my family got sick and the stuff was very nonchalant about it even when I called corporate it was disregarded I believe we had chorine poisoning and the front desk said they tested the water but I know it should read for less the the pool the general manager said it tested correctly but me and my 8 yr old throw up and my to cousin throat and chest and throat was burning we checked out a day earlier

I made this booking, then arrived at the property less than an hour later. The front desk attendant let me know that I had booked the incorrect date and although they couldn’t edit the booking, I could request a refund through Expedia, and the hotel would cancel the initial, incorrect booking. I then paid for the night I stayed, but when I requested my refund, the hotel rejected my request and an appeal, although I detailed what had been assured to me.

We stayed at the hotel the night before an early flight. The shuttle service to the DTW airport works very well. This was the most important thing for us.
