We had a wonderful stay. For being close to the 401, it was very quiet. We did not hear anyone else in the rooms above, below or beside. We had an incident where a cleaning staff left our door open, nothing was taken, however the shift manager and the hotel manager took this very seriously. They left us some snacks in our suite and a kind letter stating that additional training would be taking place. The kids loved the pool, I believe it was a salt water pool, it was warm. The air in the pool area was a bit too warm, my husband commented to staff and they said it just started happening a week before we were there. Breakfast was good, nice and hot and a decent variety. The hotel is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and White Oaks Mall. We will be staying here again when we come to visit family again.

Loved the decor, loved the accessible room. Did not like the elevated toilet seat, the shower was great, I felt safe in there

Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool was the only disappointment. Small, cold and a little dirty during my stay.

Everything was perfect, but the breakfast, odorless, tasteless, I don't understand why they are preparing food that taste nothing, cold and rubberlike...

All was good except not very good pillows

I decided to stay here with my family(4) for our trip to London. I came pretty late due yo my flight being delayed and the staff were still very accommodating at the front desk to check us in. The room was well air-conditioned and clean. The breakfast was average, the normal stuff(sausage,eggs,bread,waffles,oatmeal etc). There also was a pool and gym room but I didn’t use. The only negative I had was that the chair for the desk in the room had a stain on it that turned me off. It looked like someone had pissed themselves. Other than that I had a good time and the price was okay. I would come again.

The staff was amazing. Room was lovely. A few small, tiny cleaning things missed but nothing most would even notice!!! We completely enjoyed our stay here!

The lady who checked me in was very nice and pleasant, very welcoming. I had an issue with my TV. I couldn't get it to turn on and she promptly came upstairs to help me. other staff were friendly. Breakfast options were great very clean.

I’m now using Hampton Inn/Hilton exclusively because there’s always a safe/clean neighborhood. Consistent high QUALITY is the norm, no unwelcome surprises …I like that

The room floors were dirty. The breakfast was plentiful but substandard, and front desk staff were unfriendly. The location was close to a major highway which is good peple travelling but as a destination. There was a fire alarm at midnight, the hotel was evacuated while the fire department undertook an investigation. No staff were evident and it was the fire department who allowed us back. Nobody received an explanation or apology....very poor.

Room Cleaning is something from the past? Weird. Breakfast was less then stellar

Manager refused to give me a receipt in Canadian fund due to me booking through hotels.com. Horrible.

The bathroom looks new, the beds are comfortable, the room is quiet, you are downtown in fifteen minutes and on the highway in three. What's not to like? (The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but typical for this style of place, and better than no breakfast at all. Starbucks is close.)
