Loved my stay, my room was huge and well appointed, and the location could not have been better. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly.

We love this hotel. The room was beautiful -- both of us said "Oh, wow!" when we walked in. Superb location, a few steps from the main square. Very nice breakfast, and a very nice staff. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Bratislava.

Excellent hotel in beautifully renovated historic building. I think it used to be Crusaders hideout in medieval times. Old Town is just minute walk. Great service. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice hotel located at a prime location near the old town. Friendly and knowledgeable staff at the front desk and good breakfast served with great variety.
Would have expected to be informed about the included drink vouchers at our checkin, in stead of having to ask for them ourselves. Also a more attentive host may had registered a birthday on the morning of our departure. That would have made this a 5 star recommendation.

Classic hotel just in the old center , great room , lobby , breakfast . If we go back to Bratislava it’s are no 1 hotel . Close from everything . 5-6 km from both train stations .

Entering the hotel with luggage was a challenge due to the steps and absence staff help.
Overall I was most pleased with my stay.

Very good hotel in central Bratislava just off the main square of the city. The room was large with separate bathroom and separate toilet. Bathroom had bathtub and shower cubicle and toiletries provided. There was plenty of storage space in the bedroom with free (fizzy) bottled water. Very good breakfast buffet was included with hot and cold items though cheap cereals and lukewarm coffee let it down slightly. There were plenty of bars and restaurants close by as Bratislava is an easily walkable city. Taxis from the airport are a rip-off. I would stay here again if returning.

The hotel is beautiful and it serves an outstanding breakfast. The AC was not working so we had fans. Some rooms are not appropriate for seniors. Some rooms don’t have separate showers from tubs.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Old charm with modern day amenities. Service was great everyday. Breakfast was perfect with enough variety. The location is ideal right in the middle of the old city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was incredible - clean, comfortable and beautiful. The ones in the reception was very friendly and helpful. Only negative thing was that the AC wasn’t working properly, but we got great help from the personal!

We only stayed at this hotel for one night and it was just what we needed. Very central location and beautiful lobby and a nice breakfast. Room was nice but there is a stained glass window to the courtyard area that light comes in and there are no curtains that cover it. Also it was quite hot in the room because it was 95 degrees outside but they provided a fan when we asked but just keep in mind if you are there during summer.

Very quaint, beautiful building, separate bath and shower. Superking bed, firm but comfortable. Good breakfast and lovely helpful staff. Only thing I didnt like was the request for too many details on form at reception incuding place of birth, date of birth, full passport details and credit card details , easy to commit fraud if in the wrong hands.

The location is in a great location. Just close enough to the city center to get anywhere quick and far enough that the sounds of ghe city do not disturb you.

Wonderful location close to the centre of the old town of Bratislava, beautiful hotel with a lovely ambience. We had a wonderful room at the front of the hotel that was very stylish and extremely comfortable, the staff were brilliant and they happily accommodated my wife's gluten free breakfast requirements.

Can't be the location. The hotel is nice and clean and has a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is simple but decent. Several vegan options including oat milk for your cereal. I'd stay here again.

Our room (15, 2nd floor) was amazingly spacious , clean and had great view. Would definitely book again , special thanks to the lady at the reception nothing was too much trouble , very helpful and always had a smile on her face.

Rooms are unique but seating area wasn’t very comfy and stairs to sleeping area were very steep. Convenient to old town but you need to shleep your luggage several blocks as no vehicles allowed in the immediate area great breakfast

Absolutely loved this hotel. It's in a great location in the old town and is totally charming. The room description here does not do itself justice..."standard room without window daylight". It's an interior room with lovely stained glass windows overlooking the beautiful inner courtyard. The room was very large, spotlessly clean and oldy worldy charming with great facilities. The bed was huge... easily 7 foot square.

Lovely old hotel in old town, virtually adjacent to Michael's gate. 1 minute from the tram stop and 9 minutes to the main train station on the tram.
Only issue was you had to run the hot water for about 5 minutes before it got nicely hot for a shower. Walking distance to all of old town, the UFO tower and Bratislava castle.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Great reception service. Amazing lobby. Rooms are in traditional Slovak style. Clean. The breakfast was amazing. Large selection of food even with homemade yogurt. Would recommend it to everyone
