We booked a king room and were pleasantly surprised at the huge space it had. It had a large living area and roomy bathroom.
Location is right off the highway, close to downtown or shopping. A great choice.

wasn't the greatest stay. as soon as we checked in the front desk guy was rude. even about asking questions about the pool. the beds were very uncomfortable, and we couldn't even use the tv, the bathroom had no fan. and for the pool it was closed and had to go across the highway to access the other hotels pool. checking out , the person didn't even ask how our stay was, just checked out. won't be staying there again.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. We had booked a suite and it wasn't like in the picture. They found us the suite that we wanted and let us move rooms. The breakfast was a surprise of ham, sausages, eggs and toast. Cereal, yogurt, fruit and pastries were also available. The pool and hot tub area has yet to open but is a beautiful and bright space. We will be staying here again.

The beds are very comfy. Nice pillows and bedding too. Great staff. The only thing that wasn't that great was the water pressure, it was too weak for me to rinse shampoo out of my hair.

As a wheelchair user, the room was accessible but the bathing area was not. The room only had a tub which I was unable to use due to having no lower body mobility. Accessible rooms should have a wheelchair accessible shower with a shower bench for different abilities.
Accessibility should be easier.

It was very clean, but the bed was too soft for my comfort. The pool and hot tub are not open yet.

First time staying here! It won't be the last. This will be our designated stop whenever in PG. They are just getting the breakfast area up and running so it wasn't in full service yet but even so what they provided was still much better than what other places are offering.
See you next time we stay in PG!!

Under construction and very stinky. They have you walking through an active construction zone. Unsafe with children.

Hotel was clean. I did mention to the staff the shower didn't work properly. We found out after we arrived the front door is locked at 11pm and there is no way in after that so we had to change our evening plans since we didn't know that in advance. They didn't even mention it at check in there is just a small paper sign at the exit.

This place was a great place to stay. We loved the common area with couches and tv. We were the only ones who used it. We had a third floor room which is not a problem but some may not like the stairs. Good food nearby.

Easy parking. I was about to fly to PG and arriving around 10:30. The staff called me to let me know that the door close at 11:00. She waited for me and was very kind.

The pool is closed the ice machne not working no breakfast or restaurant. This used to be the 4 point Sheraton and is not at the same level of excellence. However the staff were kind and accommodating

Like how long is the restaurant going to be under renovations? It was under renovations the few times we stayed here. Pool is under renovations- bummer. No conditioner in the 500ml dispenser. The carpet at room entrance is damp. The door doesn’t latch when closing it.

The room overall was great.... the only thing was a used bandaid stuck to the carpet and there was pee down on the side of the toilet when we got there. The housekeeper nust have been havong an off day or something. We also didnt have use of the pool or hot tub as they were under renovation., which we weren't told at time of booking. The staff were AMAZING. So nice and helpful. Even gave us goodies for our anniversary. Will definitely stay again.

It's a nice hotel. The staff is really friendly, and it's conveniently located off the hwy. The room is huge, and the bed comfy but one of the bedside lights doesn't work, the water pressure isn't great and the refrigerator is really not cold at all. Overall, I'd recommend if you are not too fussed over the small stuff.

The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. The manager was very helpful and nice. Room was awesome, clean and quiet.

I didn't like how the price changed constantly. Finally made a reservation with expedia and got it at a cheaper price then the front desk ever offered me. (over several days)
No pool, no restaurant, and they were "updating the next room", supposedly mine had been done, but I couldn't tell.

This property is being renovated, so there is no breakfast room or other shared space, but the rooms are huge - our two bedroom suite was just what we needed, and the price was exceptional (perhaps because of the renos). The staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned very well between days.

I have stayed previously at this hotel when it was the Sheraton. I realize that it is now being redone, so was inconvenient to have to go elsewhere to dine.

Staff was near very accommodating to an early check in even though the room was empty and clean I had to wait until 4pm after driving 22 hours straight and I arrived at the hotel at 10am. Then woke up before my check out time to construction workers on my balcony watch me and my gf. Well u no sleeping / nd …. Creppy to say the least. No food or pool or hot tub was available only plus was leaving and the casino across the street
