Great trip for Thanksgiving, only complaint is the toilet was as small as could be. Couldn’t hardly get off the toilet with my bad hip and knee, no pull handle either.

I've stayed here a few times now, and every time is excellent. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the hotel stays relatively quiet, even when busy. Breakfast is basic but plentiful, and there are plenty of options for grab-and-go if you don't want to sit and eat. It can get pretty busy and the food area is pretty small, so just be aware of that! Otherwise, a great option if you're coming through Medford.

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast didn't offer a lot of choice, but it was good and quick. There were noisy kids running up and down the hallway one night that was annoying as it was about 9:30. Where are the parents? I called the front desk and the woman said she'd come up, but it stopped shortly after my call.

This hotel was quiet, very clean and the beds comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. A great breakfast bar far nicer than other hotels I’ve stayed at. Definitely recommend!

The two queen bed suite was very comfortable, modern, and clean. We appreciated the little things like targeted bedside lights. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good.

The bad:
Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. When we got there and we moved the ottoman that was garbage underneath it. the carpet didn't appear to be vacuumed at all. We asked for more towels and they brought them to us as we were eating or breakfast for us to carry them up to the room. That was kind of hard seeing how we had two small children with us. We asked for more conditioner than they replace the conditioner but didn't open it and we couldn't figure out how to open it so we just gave up. There were only two dresser drawers so that was inconvenient when you have a family of four. The swimming pool area was pretty much useless for us as there was way too much chlorine in the area with very little of ventilation. So it was causing all of our eyes to burn and my youngest who has asthma to start having issues. Even though we open the outside door it still didn't help. Therefore we only use the pool for about 30 minutes on our 4-day stay. Even that long.
The good:
The breakfast was great. A lot of options to choose from. The lady that was running it was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and tidy as well as the dining area

Expedia messed up my reservation but the front desk guy was GREAT! He got us all set up and was super kind. Room was Venti clean and well set up. Loved the black out curtains.

We stayed for 2 nights. From the Front desk staff to the breakfast buffet staff everyone was attentive, friendly, and helpful. While the hotel was under renovation which they said will be completed by April (2024) we did not experience any issues with noise or inconveniences. We booked a king room and that was clean, spacious and comfortable. The fitness room was small with two treadmills and one elliptical luckily had it to our selves when we utilized it. They also had a small pool and hot tub. FYI, our room had not been renovated yet but was more than acceptable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return if staying in Medford again.

The property was well maintained. It was right off the freeway. The breakfast was good and it was not crowded on a Monday morning. The only complaint was the bed was a little soft for me.

Very thin walls. We could hear the adjoining rooms talking y and coughing. Bathroom sink drain ran very slowly. Shampoo in the shower was empty.
However, the front desk employees were very nice and accommodating.

Kind of worn out. Frayed carpet. Stains on sofa and carpet. Shelf microwave is on is not clean. Disappointed. Stayed here in previous years. Needs an update.

We had a great stay, room and all spaces were very modern and clean.

Room service does not fix your bed or take trash out! Also replacement of sheets or towels either! We asked to get the room serviced after we left for the day and nothing was done.
