Room was old and smelled from mold

We liked our stay at E Hotel and we can absolutely only say good things about it.

We recently stayed at the E Hotel Spa and resort for 10 wonderful days. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews and would implore people to disregard them. Despite the hotel being 10 minutes from the airport , there is very little noise from the planes. My mum has mobility issues and we were worried about accessibility for her. However, from booking the hotel to leaving, the staff have been nothing but attentive, caring and friendly. All the staff went above and beyond and we cannot thank them enough. The pool is lovely and serene and will cool you down on a hot day. The rooms were comfortable and felt like a home from home. While they could be updated a little, the rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. There are high levels of humidity in Cyprus. We did not have an issue with this, as we left the air conditioning on over night and did not open the window. The cleaners were great too and did a great job cleaning ours rooms and communicating with us. The breakfast was decent and as standard as you would get anywhere else. The restaurant served good burgers and a lunch buffet. However there is an amazing restaurant across the road, which serves mainly fish, but other delicious dishes too. There is a beach nearby, but we did not go to this in the day time. At night time is it nice to walk around. Very nice and quiet area near a beach walking

Just used for a stop over for next morning flight . But had a great time staff friendly and hotel spotless.

We stayed for one night on our road trip for the end of our living in Cyprus. Hotel is affordable but old. Pool area is really nice and big. Spa was outdated and yet the price was 35€ per person (which was not noted before). Gym was for hotel guests, but many of the machines were out of order.

Unfortunately the property is in need of updating and is nowhere near any local conviences. You really need a car if you are staying here. They seemed understaffed and some of the staff didnt seem like they wanted to be there at all! Rooms were very basic and need modernisation, spa wasnt in use and neither was the roof bar. Indoor pool had a ceiling falling down. Very understocked bar, which is no good when there is nowhere to go in the area. Such a shame as i expected far more for my money.

Its a shame as this hotel has potential. All it needs is a little TLC and it might be classed as a 4star. This is very clearly a 3 Star hotel maybe a 3 and half star. The restaurant is sun standard. Pool areas decent. My rooms sink kept getting blocked. The bed side lights took 3 days to fix. But the worst part was the ceiling had damp and the paint kept falling on the dressing table daily. A little disappointing. Overall, the room was comfortable but as i said, falls short of a 4 star for now but could easily be fixed. Lastly i booked because of the Spa which was Closed. If i knew i would t have booked. Bit misleading. Oh and the gyms equipment werent working either. Safe to say i wouldn’t be staying again until improvements are made

The indoor pool was really warm which meant that we could swim even when the weather was changeable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent fish restaurant just opposite the hotel and a charming family taverna called Enalia in walking distance.

A small boutique hotel with very friemdly staff . Especially the guy at reception. Highly recommended.

Only the main electricity switch in the room worked. It was impossible to separately turn off the lights in the bathroom and in the sleeping room, only all lights at once. The AC didn't work properly. It was also very noisy, for example when other guests closed their room doors. The floor in the room felt sticky. The hotel personell was very kind and helping though, so no issues there.

Quiet, stylish location, several kilometers away from Larnaca. Made for easy walking to Mediterranean and several restaurants. Would return there, without a doubt.

Mould in the shower in the bath and broken tiles. The bath tap looks like a legionella issue.

Theres nothing really we didn’t like. Everything here was amazing ! Starting from the check in to the check out … helpful ! Very quite place, if you’re looking to relax this is the place… it’s a family place as well. Everything is nearby, the beach is 5 minute walking, Ayia Napa is 30min by car.

Great place to relax. Staff are great. Excellent service. Dated hotel, no facilities in the room. No tea or coffee or even a kettle. Had to ask for cups for water. No water given, one needs to come prepared.

Location near Larnaca airport

This hotel is a great location to see the sunrise and sunset. The hotel is a distance away from the town centre but great for peace and quiet. There is a bus available that goes into town but not as frequent. The pool is a good size, but not a heated pool, the seating area around the pool is nice and clean. The staff are all friendly.

Nice hotel could be great with a little TLC. We had a villa with a private pool which was great traveling with 2 young children, bed was big and super comfortable, nice big shower and huge jacuzzi bath. Just felt a bit tatty around the edges and not much close to the hotel.

The gym was really good. When i was there, the indoor pool was not warm enough for me to use. The staff were really great, the food very good, full of fresh salads and a variety of dishes. I actually stay 5 nights, so I got to really see what the hotel was like. It is far from shops, but there is a bus every hour or two. Look at the website Cyprus by bus to check the times. You can take the bus to the hotel from the airport, as long as it isn't late at night. Thanks, waiters and staff for your dedicated service! !!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff

We chose the hotel to have a rest after an evening flight. To our pleasure it is so much more than just a transit airport hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The delicious buffet breakfast included hot, cold dishes, deserts, salads, fruit and vegetables. And a variety of drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 200 meters from the hotel one can find a lovely sandy quiet beach. The whole area was so serene and quiet. You would not thin the airport is only about 4 kilometers away.

The room was dated. There were chips in the bath and tiles on the floor.room carpet was dated. When I told the reception about this the receptionist said they know about all that and that they are going to close and refurbish the hotel this winter.
